The opening line:

sums up Mr. Nobody as a "difficult choice".
When he met 3 girls next door when he was 9 years old, he began to have 3 different choices:
marrying 3 different girls,
living 3 completely different lives, and
completing 3 completely different lives.
Anna is one of 3 girls. When Nobody saw Anna when she was 9 years old, she stared at her for a long time and was moved.
15 years old, nobody and Anna are in a puppy love. This is the most beautiful and charming part of the whole play, no matter from which angle, it is the most beautiful. It is a lucky thing to meet at a good age. Compared with the other two lives, this life is incomparably happier.
'Life is meaningless without you': They split when they were 15, leaving behind such a passage.
Fate makes them meet again after many years. Anna said to him:
"We were only 15 when we parted, and I said I would never love anyone again. Never! I don't get along with anyone, I never settle anywhere, I have nothing. I made up my mind to live like It's like walking dead. This is what I've been looking forward to for a long time. For the only meaningful life, abandon other possibilities."

Nobody and 2 other girls get married and have children in other parallel universes and live a different life. "I'm not afraid of dying, I'm just afraid that my life is not good enough" is Mr. Nobody's last words.
The movie shows 3 different choices, 3 different lives. That part is meaningful, the movie makes a contrast, and the audience sees it very clearly. Anna is Nobody's lifelong choice.
