This is Kate Winslet’s first film. It is a juvenile delinquent and gay character. It is adapted from a real event. Two girls who are lonely and attached to each other are immersed in their own world and cannot extricate themselves. When the parents try to separate them, A tragedy was born... The film should have been as gloomy as Pauline, another heroine in the film, but Jackson gave the film rich colors and fantasy, plus the sunny Juliet! Juliet played by Kate is natural, unrestrained, fearless, full of artistic cells and beautiful, and a bit masculine. She not only lights up Pauline's life, but also lights up the entire film. It is difficult to imagine this murder in many paragraphs. It's all pleasant. Before the tragedy, Juliet used a song "Sono Andati" (literally translated "Are you all gone?" from Puccini's opera "Bohemians") to brew the atmosphere of the approaching death to the full, singing hymns. Later, they murdered Pauline's mother. The film is over and a new star is born...
