LAMBO "First Blood 4"
I used to watch "First Blood 2" on TV, thinking that LAMBO is just an American hegemonic hero - an American super soldier like Schwarzenegger - fighting everywhere to maintain justice , Invincible, muscular, and incomparably brave. I watched "First Blood 4" yesterday, only to find out that LAMBO was a tragic character from the very beginning. The fourth film seems to be brutal and violent, but it didn't make me feel disgusted, but I felt it was just right. It is interspersed from time to time with a little bit about the "meaning of life", which is short and exciting. Although the ending is the victory of justice over evil, it is full of melancholy. LAMBO looked at the survivors from a distance and turned to leave. At the end, when LAMBO returned to his hometown in the United States, the ending song sounded, and he slowly walked farther and farther in the camera, which was extremely intriguing.

Not the "King of Kung Fu"

Therefore, there will be such a beautiful Monkey King shape of Jet Li. It can be seen that Jackie Chan and Jet Li, two international kung fu superstars, have a great sense of expanding the influence of Chinese culture in the Western world through this film. At least try to make the western audience have a deeper impression of "China" and a correct understanding of Chinese culture. Jackie Chan mixes Chinese with English, such as saying "Cheers" instead of "CHEERS". It is not difficult to imagine that if there are people who are interested in Chinese culture, they will say "cheers" when they drink again in the future. Although in principle "cheers" is a gulp, "CHEERS" is just a clink and a sip of wine, with different meanings. But I have to admit, this is an interesting attempt. Although there are contradictions between Jet Li and Jackie Chan in the film, they will unanimously say to the foreign children: respect the teacher.
I saw some people complaining about why they have to speak English in the movies, and the Chinese people have to watch Chinese subtitles when watching Chinese movies. I think in addition to the one reason mentioned above: this movie is mainly aimed at Western society. It is the comic effect brought about by the exchange of two languages. For example, the American children in the movie found themselves in China and could not understand Chinese. There were no subtitles at this point, and it wasn't until after the boy was chased and Jackie Chan appeared to rescue him that he began to speak English. It is conceivable that the foreigner in the cinema can't understand anything like the little boy in the movie, and there will be the same question asked by the teenager: I really don't understand what you are talking about. At this time, Jackie Chan started to say in English: THAT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT LISTENING. At this point, the audience burst into laughter. very interesting. In the middle of the movie, there are also Jet Li and Jackie Chan speaking English to the American teenagers face to face and Chinese behind the back, which is also funny. So, if the whole article was in Chinese, these interesting places wouldn't be any more interesting. It makes people feel stupid, it's unreasonable - if American teenagers speak Chinese, then there is no reason why they can't understand Chinese in the first place. If American teenagers speak English and all Chinese speak Chinese, how do they communicate?
As Li Lianjie said before, it is a SUMMER MOVIE suitable for the whole family to watch. It's casual, fun, and fairytale. After reading it and reading some online comments, Chinese audiences seem to be dissatisfied with it. In fact, "King of Kung Fu" does not live up to its name. There is no Kung Fu King in the film, but there is a Monkey King. The English of the film is the most appropriate: THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM. From the name, you can guess that this is a fairy tale. This has nothing to do with kung fu, Wang, it has nothing to do with the content of the movie. All I can say is that the translation of the Chinese name is wrong. I can't complain that some viewers find it unsatisfactory to watch. "King of Kung Fu", how can you not reflect this King of Kung Fu?
