This is basically a demonstration of the killing effect of large-caliber machine guns and large-caliber sniper rifles. Headshots, amputated limbs, slashed in the waist, and shredded meat are flying. Where is the gun in this hand, it is clearly a meat grinder. The ruthless government troops were brain-dead when they encountered Rambo, standing there in rows waiting to be knocked down.
