May every childhood be bright and fragrant

In the first half of "The Lion", there is a story about the wandering experience of little Salo after he got lost. After little Salo got on the empty train by mistake, he was taken to Kolkata, 1,800 kilometers away from his hometown. Alone, he came to the middle of a group of homeless children. Just after a few days of exhaustion and restlessness, little Salo lay on the ground to rest him, and was awakened by the noise of screaming. A group of unscrupulous human traffickers were brutally robbing these street children, and the children were chased and fled everywhere. . Little Salo ran into the police when he was running away, but the "just" policeman was indifferent to such a scene with a cigarette in his mouth. Escaped the pursuit of human traffickers, but did not guard against the hypocrisy of human nature. Saro, who continued to wander, was walking alone on the railroad tracks when a kind woman spoke to him in Hindi and took him home, giving him food, drinking soda, bathing, and promising that a kind person would take him to find his mother . However, when the "kind-hearted" man came, he looked at Salo with malicious intent in his eyes and said, "You did a good job, he is what I am looking for, keep an eye on him, don't let him run away", which punctuated it all, which is still a disgusting deal. After escaping the "good woman", Salo was sent to a shelter, which was supposed to be a place for homeless children to get warm and stop wandering, but it was not a good place. There are always foreign adult men coming and going in and out of the shelter. After communicating with the management, some boys will be taken out of the shelter, but the boys appear very disturbed and resistant. The boy's behavior naturally made people suspicious. "Bring him back before dawn" from the administrator , no doubt tells us the truth, it's a dirty deal. The appearance of these contents in the film shows that this film is not just a story of family search, it also exposes to us the dirty practices such as child sex trade and child trafficking in today's society, criticizes the current society in Deficiencies and omissions in the protection of children's physical and mental safety. This film does not use the camera to portray these behaviors directly. It shows the harm caused by these behaviors to children from the perspective and feelings of children. In recent years, there have been many films about children being abused and abducted, which have appeared in the public eye. South Korea's "The Furnace", "Sowon", and China's "Carnival" all tell the stories of children being abused. It is worth mentioning that these films are actually based on real cases. Those children who are hurt are innocent, they come into this world with kindness, they just live, they don't hate the world, and they don't expect everything. The inexplicable violation of their childhood will become a nightmare that will never be erased in their lives, and it will accompany a person throughout his life. Every childhood should be bright and fragrant, free from sin. So, what casts a deep shadow over the innocent world of children? Dirty in the adult world, I think. I hope that every child can be treated gently by this world.

7 points. Google Maps took me home... The scores are basically taken from photography, and it's really bold to use high sense in low light. The Virgin played by model worker Nicole Kidman is really... The play can only be said to be mediocre.

Lion quotes

  • Saroo Brierley: I'm sorry you couldn't have your own kids.

Sue Brierley: What are you saying?

Saroo Brierley: We... we... weren't blank pages, were we? Like your own would have been. You weren't just adopting us but our past as well. I feel like we're killing you.

Sue Brierley: I could have had kids.

    Saroo Brierley: What?

Sue Brierley: We chose not to have kids. We wanted the two of you. That's what we wanted. We wanted the two of you in our lives. That's what we chose.

    [pause]

Sue Brierley: That's one of the reasons I fell in love with your dad.

    [pause]

Sue Brierley: Because we both felt as if... the world has enough people in it. Have a child, couldn't guarantee it will make anything better. But to take a child that's suffering like you boys were. Give you a chance in the world. That's something.

  • Saroo Brierley: Do you have any idea what it's like knowing my real brother and mother spent every day of their lives looking for me? Huh? How every day my real brother screams my name? Can you imagine the pain they must be in not knowing where I am?
