Maybe it's closer to the warm corpse, but I actually prefer that name. The male protagonist is an unusual, handsome and thoughtful zombie. Zombies are fleshless bodies, and although the male protagonist has a little thought other than cannibalism, he is still a zombie after all, and he needs to eat people to maintain his current life.
So, I met the female protagonist when I was out hunting for food. Coincidentally, the story began like this. The male protagonist fell in love with her at first sight and fell in love since then. As he puts it "we are all changing". It's hard to think that zombies can also change. Just after meeting the heroine, his relationship with her infected both zombies and humans. They eventually unite against a group of mindless zombies called Bone Skin (zombies should be more appropriate here).
The male protagonist gradually captured her heart with gentle behavior and delicate emotions at his residence, and both of them installed it in their hearts. Don't see deep feelings without experiencing death, after experiencing the zombies' containment and the pursuit of human beings. In the end, a bullet from the human boss penetrated the male protagonist's chest, and the male protagonist miraculously shed blood. The story ends here happily. You may ask how you are happy after being shot, of course, you can finally bleed, even if it hurts? Why not!
Death is not scary, what is scary is living without a soul, then it would be better to get a headshot.
