Why waste a wedding

I don't think there is a more perfect life than this.

If I want a father, I can have three at once, what does it have to do with relatives or not? If

I love you, I will give birth to your child. It has nothing to do with whether you will be alive or not. If we love life, we will be happy, what does it

have to do with being rich or not?

If we love each other, let's go wandering . Without public opinion and extravagant expectations, it seems to have gathered all the passions of the world. God loves to throw a sieve and a heart of stone is always trapped in the ends of the earth and lost the love of a lifetime The winner is the king and the loser is the bandit Simple and cruel truth, why should I be angry if she gave you the same kiss as I did she called your name Do you have the same taste Deep down in your heart you must know my concern But what can I do How can anyone defy the rules Right and wrong will eventually decide and I can do nothing The bystanders of the show are doomed to obscurity The game will begin again Lover or friend Flat or passion wins It doesn't sound poignant that the actor takes everything , because dear, what's the point of being a supporting role? God has played enough, he should give us the happiness that belongs to us! If someone expects us to get married, why waste a wedding?

Mamma Mia! quotes

  • Rosie: [regarding Sam, Bill and Harry] Now, listen, listen, what we're gonna do is... we'll get them plastered tonight, and then tomorrow, Tanya and I will take them fishing.

    Tanya: Fishing? Oh, please!

Rosie: What do you suggest we do with three men?

Tanya: Well, then, now, THAT takes me back.

  • Sky: [talking about Sam, Bill, and Harry] You invited these guys and you didn't tell me?

Sophie: No, I thought you would... try to stop me. I *know* I messed up...

Sky: Sophie... is that what this whole big white wedding is about? You finding your dad?

    Sophie: No, no!

Sky: I wanted to take a boat to the mainland with a couple of witnesses, and you *insisted* on this sodding circus so you could play happy families.

Sophie: It's about knowing who I am and... and I wanted to get married knowing who I am!

Sky: That doesn't come from finding your father. That comes from finding yourself, and... The irony is, I was travelling to find *myself*, and... I put everything on hold, for you. Because I loved you, and I wanted what you wanted. Now I don't know.

Sophie: You don't know if you love me.

Sky: Of course I *love* you. I just wish you'd told me!
