I saw the third ending?

The ending is as follows: After the woman screamed, the man ran downstairs. After a riot, the woman went into the bedroom with a knife, closed the door, and then killed herself in front of the camera. Subtitles: A few days later, the police found Mika's body (male), and Kate (female) is still missing. I'm at a loss. It was obviously a woman who cut her neck. Why was the man's body found, but the woman was missing? Moreover, the two endings circulating on the Internet are completely different from what I have seen, and none of the Vajra Palm and the police appear. Wang up to give pointers, Xie Xian.
