It was the first time I watched a DV-style horror film. At the beginning, I was not particularly used to that kind of shooting method. Although it was very realistic, it didn't have a little modification, and it was a bit more straightforward and simple. Without the gloomy and muffled background music of a typical horror movie, I could sit still and watch it all, otherwise I think I would have quit and just watched the end of the subtitles.
There are not many bright spots in the plot, at least I think so. The design of the suspense may be the bits and pieces recorded by that camera, especially those small and weird images in the second half of the night. Like many horror movies, when people start to relax and feel nothing special, it comes back with two scenes that it thinks are the most frightening, and then ends. Although it's a bit of a cliché, it still has a certain effect, at least a lot of people are scared.
