I have to say that Mr. Jin will always belong to summer, to children, to friends, and to a town where joys and sorrows are intertwined! Whether it's "Walk With Me" or "The Clown Returns to the Soul". The clown is everyone's fear. Regarding guilt, shame, race, orientation, inferiority complex, depression, and cowardice, the clown is also the collective mental depression, prejudice and discrimination of the small town. The clown is the embodiment of the fear of the individual and the group in the small town. New England folklore, small town horror, teenage friendships, childhood shadows, Maine is a gem!
But summer always passes. Children will always grow up, friends will always be separated, and a small town will always begin rather than end, just as clowns and those old fears will pass rather than stay in place. Now I went to see the second part of "The Clown Returning to the Soul" at the risk of rushing to the paper and suddenly died. I feel that it is not an excellent work, but I am still moved by the friendship in it like the first part. I can't wait for a long time. Calm down, this year is even more touching than when I watched the first part. It was all about the boyhood of my dreams, except for the scary places of course.
Although I am old, I still want to have a group of friends, US against the Whole World! Everyone will grow up and everyone will change, but Losers Forever!
PS: At the end of the movie, the sign for the movie "Monster Street" in the movie theater made me smile. The poster for Doctor Sleep has been posted. Mr. Dolan's role in the film is too miserable, and the song in the Chinese restaurant is too dramatic?
