If it's the same as reality, what movie would you make?

The music gives 4.5 points, the atmosphere is too good, but it is too sad, and a little point is deducted.

My favorite parts are the passages narrated by Viggo, like a diary, desperate and restrained, gentle and alienating. In the first paragraph at the beginning, "The earth seems to have died...", I also told myself that I would listen to V's voice again when I came back after watching the whole film. But after watching the whole film, it was so miserable that I didn't dare to play it again.

I watched this movie twice. Watched 2/3 of it last night and was so sad that I even wanted to have a boyfriend - whether it's moving things or going to the hospital or whatever - I don't feel the need for a boyfriend - but when watching horror and thrillers , I really need someone to accompany me.

I read the last third of it today and cried.

Next is the point. I see a lot of film critics scolding the bear child. I also think that this is a child who is too virgin. If I was fleeing the famine, I would definitely be cruel and choose to teach the child how to live-if it is necessary to live. However, this is a movie, there must be a contrast, a theme, and something to express. If everyone in it is cruel, what else is there to discuss and watch? As a documentary? If it is exactly the same as reality, it will be fine to watch reality, but do you need movies to tell us?

So I think, the point of this movie is not actually cannibalism - this is something we can expect, this is naked human nature, this is a concept we have already learned in reality, and the point is precisely that the end of the world Here is how a desperate father and his fraternal son, who taught his son to be the Virgin, grappled with circumstances. Whether you like it or not, make it clear that this story is "different from what we imagined", and again, it's exactly the same as everyone imagined. You know everything, what else is there to see?

Also worthy of praise is the setting of the rhythm of the movie. From time to time, there will be a small climax, two cellars, a family that committed suicide in the farm, returning to his hometown, seeing the sea... and the first time his son drinks Coke, eats canned food, meets Dangerous and unearthed surprises are intertwined, so the plot moves naturally and coherently without being abrupt and strange.

Here are my thoughts on Viggo:

Yesterday was the first day of the release of the Green Book, and I saw many people in the circle of friends posted the ticket stubs of the Green Book. As Uncle V's fan sister, she is both satisfied and melancholy, as if a secret treasure that she had hidden for many years was discovered, for fear that others would not know him, and she did not want everyone to know him. But no matter what, I still highly recommend everyone to watch "Green Book", because this is a comedy film that Uncle V rarely makes...

A film with a tone like "The End of the Road" is simply Uncle V's consistent style, isn't it? Small production, few actors, empty and dark environment, telling a melodious and special story, such as "An Le Village", "Away From People", and even "On the Road", etc., are very meaningful; It is the more brain-burning and complicated films such as "The Promise of the East" and "The Dangerous Method".

All in all, it is not easy to appreciate, and it is not very popular with the mainstream public.

So I saw the interview two days ago and said that Uncle V rejected the script of "Green Book" 5 times. I'm really not surprised at all. He has never been a pushy or politically correct person. You let such a quiet person do something that would make the audience laugh?

Although he played well as always. This is completely the skill of the actor, and even, acting so well in things that he doesn't like very much, it is admirable.

But what came to my mind was when Helm's Deep, The Lord of the Rings, Aragorn and Gimli went through the small gate to the back of the orcs who were sieging the city, but they were at a distance from the orcs, Gimli couldn't jump over, Allah Gong wanted to throw Jinli over, but Jinli turned around and told Aragorn, "Promise me not to tell the elf boy, he will laugh at me to death!" Even though it was such a funny conversation, Aragorn still said with a serious face :"I promise."

How, absolutely can't imagine such a person playing the role of a commoner, right?

So, "Green Book" and "Captain Fantastic", please go and watch it, it's really a relaxed type that Uncle V rarely plays.

Speaking of "The End of the Road", Uncle V's acting skills have nothing to say, it is simply a legacy of the major film festivals in 2009. When will he win the award, although everyone knows that he doesn't care about winning the award, but as a fan! I am really very! Very! Hope he can get it! !

Alas, this film is really too uncomfortable, most of Uncle V's films are too melancholy. It really takes a strong heart to like him and follow his films.

The Road quotes

  • The Man: The clocks stopped at one seventeen. There was a long shear of bright light, then a series of low concussions. I think it's October but I can't be sure. I haven't kept a calender for years. Each day is more gray than the one before. It is cold and growing colder as the world slowly dies. No animals have survived, and all the crops are long gone. Someday all the trees in the world will fall. The roads are peopled by refugees towing carts, and gangs carrying weapons, looking for fuel and food.

The Man: Within a year there were fires on the ridges and deranged chanting. There has been cannibalism. Cannibalism is the great fear. Mostly I worry about food, always food. Food and the cold and our shoes. Sometimes I tell the boy old stories of courage and justice, difficult as they are to remember. All I know is the child is my warrant, and if he is not the word of God, then God never spoke.

  • Wife: My heart was ripped out of me the night he was born.
