It is the weight of the soul, they say.
What kind of movie is this, I haven't watched it after playing it on the computer for a long time, and I took out a whole hazy afternoon to open it, loaded the subtitles, took a glass of water, and a hundred years of life and lighter.
The plot is confusing, but not confusing. The shots are dull, but not boring.
In fact, it is a very warm movie.
In the most desperate moments, there is always someone who can give them a chance not to give up. They never give up and are extremely tenacious.
Paul is such a person to Cristina, Jack's wife Mary is such a person to Jack. In the most desperate life, life can still show us the soft side, which is so important to us.
How much pain does a person have to endure to finally reach the other side of the so-called happiness? In the face of God's test or joke, how can we find an outlet for the pain that is about to tear ourselves apart? Watching the full movie, can we find the answer that belongs to us?
The answer is yes, Mary said to Jack, "Jack, life will go on with or without God." Cristina's father told her at the funeral of her husband and all of her children, "No matter what, Live on."
Yes, life goes on. It's just that the overwhelmed people tormented by the pain can't find a way to go on with their lives, but Paul gave Cristina a way, and Mary gave Jack one.
What a happy life it is to meet such a person in life who always prepares a door for himself.
What we never forget about the past is always because we once loved or hated too much. There is only such a person, she/he allows us to turn back, he/she gives us new hope and points us to a bright exit.
Either way, life always has to go on, in a gesture of our unknowable. Just in it, cold and warmth, gain and loss, love and hate, pain and laughter, how much can we understand?
Just accept it quietly and cherish it tenderly.
That's it.
