Chubby Hiro

This show is very similar to the X-Men, telling a group of people with different superpowers, or destroy, or build, or become terrorists, or maintain stability and harmony. The biggest difference from the X-Men is that the characters in the film do not have prominent identities or uniforms, but are just ordinary people who are afraid, confused and even escaped because of their super powers.
Limited by the length of the film, the X-Men had to go the road of fast food, using the show of superpowers to attract the audience, and using the so-called mystery of life experience to create suspense. And Heroes is much more calm, dozens of hours are enough to weave clues, describe characters, and render psychology. We hardly see anyone in the X-Men who is proud of their superpowers and complacent. Nathan just wants to hide the fact that he can fly to be a good politician; Peter worries day and night that he will endanger the lives of the public; Hiro, who is most like a hero, has a sense of mission far greater than pride. For him, Superpowers are not a credential to differentiate oneself, but an indispensable tool to save the world.
I really like Hiro, even though he's a jap. He is simple, optimistic, persistent, and has a good friend like Ando. Hiro in the future world is also cool enough. More importantly, he was originally a modern migrant worker imprisoned in a small cubicle, just like me. So, is it possible that one day I will discover my own superpowers too? (Apart from eating a lot?)
