Don't fall for the love movie

There is a song that sings "Fairy tales are all lies". Those fairy tales that end with "the prince and princess lived happily ever after" are mostly unreliable. In my opinion, movies are similar, especially romance movies like "BJ's Diary of a Single".

Don't fall for love movies.

Bridget Jones (BJ), a London girl, has a dull career, a slightly fat body, an addiction to tobacco and alcohol, and an unreliable mother. There is nothing special about it. Like all older women, BJ also longs for love, romantic love, preferably like in a fairy tale.

When the peach blossoms came, they couldn't stop it. BJ, who has always been single, met two men who fell in love with her after the New Year, the handsome and affectionate boss Daniel and the serious and arrogant young Mark Darcy.

"BJ's Diary of a Single" is a proof question. Because of various incidents, the handsome boss is a sweetheart, and the seemingly arrogant and indifferent Darcy is the true love. BJ's small hair seems to have been passed over by the hero in "Pride and Prejudice", with a good family background and a cold appearance. There is an illusion in the trance that the arrogant man should be called Darcy, and the hero named Darcy must be arrogant.

If this diary ends here, it's still far from satisfactory, and everyone is happy. However, "BJ's Diary of a Single" is still going on, and the second episode has been filmed, which has really become a "story in a fairy tale", which is deceiving.

BJ's weight is still increasing, and his career is not improving. If he disagrees, he swears in his diary: "Quit smoking, quit sugar, and quit men." piece of bedding, she made him feel the best. (Hugh Grant, as the first foreign male star I liked, is really ruined in this show.)

Mark Darcy is the only one who shines. The gap between him and BJ was instantly widened countless times.

Mark Darcy, like the arrogant Darcy in the novel, has no family background, and all five generations graduated from Eton College. BJ's mother sells cheap cosmetics at the mall. As a human rights lawyer, there are several meeting scenes in the second episode, and the participants are all ministers of various countries. At the Law Committee dinner, the Darcys discussed topics that BJ was completely out of touch with. The entertainment program is also a contest of knowledge, and the questions asked in Latin from time to time make BJ in a fog. She doesn't understand Latin, she only knows gossip, such as who the designer of Princess Diana's wedding dress was and what was the name of Madonna's first British single. The latter was also wrong.

In order to further highlight Darcy's professional ability, BJ also got into a lawsuit in a foreign country. In order to rescue BJ, Darcy not only shuttled between many countries, but even used the power of Interpol headquarters.

When I saw Darcy at this time, I couldn't help but make up my mind about the real human rights lawyer, Aymo Alamuddin, the woman who accepted George Clooney.

Darcy's choice is confusing. In the first episode, Darcy has a female colleague by his side. They often appear together on many occasions. Even Darcy's parents hope that the relationship between them will have a qualitative change. But Darcy finally chose BJ. In the second episode, Darcy has a new face next to him, young, beautiful, with long legs, and a scholar. Not only understands legal questions raised in Latin, but also corrects entertainment topics that BJ got wrong. Such a woman and BJ appeared in the same frame, Darcy chose BJ, and the screenwriter felt that he could not convince the audience, so the young and beautiful long legs could only be pulled.

BJ is not useless, at least this girl is real. She has clear loves and dislikes, does not hide her mistakes, accepts the reality that she has to resign when she sleeps with her boss, and she does not complain about any mistakes at work, she keeps shouting to lose weight, but her weight keeps gaining. To be honest, in the middle of watching the show, I have been looking forward to the next shot of BJ being able to lose weight successfully and be beautiful and elegant. But she was always a little unhappy, and she ate it.

Princess BJ and Prince Darcy lived happily ever after. Do you believe it?

It is precisely because it is impossible to appear in reality, or the probability of appearing is very small, that the movie will show her, and people will appreciate and applaud her. But that's it, if you still want to believe and yearn, then you will be fooled, and you will be fooled by these love movies.

In "Letter to Juliet", how beautiful it is that the first love reunites and regains happiness after fifty years. But that is in the movie, if in reality. Fifty years later, whether the two of them can still find each other, whether they can move freely, whether they remain single or resume their singleness, whether remarriage can break through the resistance of the younger generation, and more importantly, in the fifty years of no news, the two Whether the heart that once loved is still the same as before. The movie just chooses the outcome with the least chance for you to watch. That's all.

The stories these films tell are as unbelievable as those in fairy tales. If you really want to find the shadow of reality in the movie, it will be in "Being a Mother", the heartbreak in marriage; in "Blue Valentine", the love that even romance can't save; and in "Revolutionary Road", Tragedy that occurs because of a desire for change is perhaps more believable.
