"Death Video 2": Not as good as the previous one, but also quite creative

If there is no first one, watching this film alone should be a very good horror movie in DV mode, but there is no if......

Under the many expectations, this sequel is produced. In this day of focusing on commercial interests, it is a big seller. It is difficult for a movie to refuse to make a sequel, even if it seems that the story has already been told. In fact, from another perspective, the horror mode of this film is different from the previous one, and changes have been made to avoid simple repetition. If the first part created a fright in a confined space, then the sequel shifted its attention to religion and belief.

The reason why the previous work had such a vicious virus infection did not arise out of thin air. There is always a source, so what secrets are hidden in the attic, this time I will find out. But something unexpected is that this infection is actually not a simple zombie virus, but a devil. This, this... can't imagine why the devil needs to constantly change BODY.

The ending Night Vision, which was widely praised in the first part, is better used in this film and is also the highlight of the sequel. The human eye sees only the surface, and only in the night vision mode can it see different things, as well as unclean and evil. In this paragraph, it seems to create a parallel space. What you see under night vision is completely different from what it looks like on the surface. This is quite creative. This kind of unknown horror, which is different from the senses, is the most scary.

Of course, this ending is still quite unexpected. At least it is not something that can be thought of at the beginning and the middle. Maybe at the end of the reappearance of the hostess, you can more or less guess some, but overall, the suspense is maintained pretty well.
