On the contrary, the very controversial bathroom fight was more natural to me. For a man who is naked and thus obviously defenseless, he is sure to be warped if he does not kill the opponent severely. This couldn't be more normal.
The most questionable thing is, what is the driver who survives the hardship after turning positive? Or, is he undercover? The old man was the biggest suspense that the film gave me at the beginning. The character, who was called "The Godfather" by many reviews, didn't give me such a feeling that I was so disgusted with him after knowing his true identity - which is not seen in the real "Godfather". This kind of evil made me almost unaware that he calculated the driver to protect his son, the delicious soup he started to let the doctor taste, and the scenes of playing the violin for his granddaughter and celebrating the birthday of the old man.
