I like Anne Kathaway. I have seen her play the Queen in Prada, and she plays the role very well. Although her mouth is relatively large, her smile is bright and temperamental. But for this intern, she seems to be the same as the queen. She is a business maniac, always has work in her head, and is unwilling to waste other time communicating with people. Every day is busy, busy, busy. Her husband gave up his career for her and became the master-husband, but eventually cheated on his daughter's classmate's mother because of the lack of communication. In fact, this result was expected. Communication is important, between lovers, between mother and daughter. Although work is very important and occupies a part of life, it should never be the whole or most part of life, because I personally think that the meaning of our existence is to experience life and enjoy life, not to live for life. Career is a part of life, but a good career is also for a better and more fulfilling life.
But in terms of plot, I don't think this movie is very good, the story is old-fashioned, I guessed the ending after reading the beginning, the plot is flat, and it seems that there is nothing worthy of our applause. Then, when the story develops to the point where the female boss relies on the old intern to eat snacks and watch TV on the same bed in the hotel, my heart resists. Why do you have to set the plot like this, it always feels a little weird, Although I know this is a year-long friendship, it makes me feel unacceptable to be so transcendent. If the old intern was younger, and if the female boss was older, it would have developed into love.
I don't know what this movie is trying to express. Although this kind of year-end friendship makes people yearn for it, the psychological shock in the end is only a little, and it is a little moved. kind of sensational.
The actor's performance is in place, with detailed expressions and language. The picture processing is also beautiful. But this movie, you can watch it if you are bored, but it is not a good product.
