The most outstanding part of the whole film is the dream in it, which is the first sound of the film, the sound of the cup being placed on the table. After such a long period of silence (except for the music), this voice in particular catches the audience's attention, but instead allows us to return to the real world through this dream. There is also the girl's continuous laughter and images, which should be the threat he feels, and the reason why he can't speak in this dream also shows his inner struggle and anxiety. Others, such as Pepi's first contract, happened to be George and the boss going down the stairs after turning over their faces. The two people went up and down the stairs, and the metaphor was obvious.
