Nostalgia and tribute are worth extra points, but as far as the movie itself is concerned, it slightly overemphasizes the emotional part and weakens the plot and story. Of course, this is the style that the judges like, but it is not necessarily the favorite of the public fans. There's a lot of hype everywhere, lifting the film to a much higher position than it should be. . .
The singing and dancing clips in the film are very exciting, the actor Jean Dujardin's special interpretation is also amazing, and the heroine Berenice Bejo is a little weaker, but who calls her the director's wife, hehe , kidding. . .

This is a movie in the true sense, a black-and-white silent film that seems to be an epoch-making anti-epoch. Telling a story doesn't need to be colorful, it's whether the story itself is interesting or not. The music accompanies the pictures to tell a love story, which makes people trapped and unable to extricate themselves. Love, warmth, humor, anger, all the classic elements are incorporated into it. I'm a nostalgic person to my core, but I'm sure everyone will love this movie
