old movie feel

There is almost no dialogue in the whole movie, but when I saw that the heroine got the news that the hero was injured, she ran all the way to the hospital, and opened the film that the hero had tried so hard to protect, the emotions that had been suppressed in front of me were released, and I burst into tears. It's a

nostalgic film nostalgic for the silent black-and-white period, but it doesn't deny new technology or reveal any nostalgia for it - new technology is usually better, and the bad is people. Actors in the silent era could not convey content through sound, nor did they have dazzling 3D special effects to please the audience. They only used exaggerated movements and expressions to express them. The effect was unreal, but it made people feel extremely sincere.

[everybody is still looking at her blankly]

Peppy Miller: Hey, I'm blackmailing you! Get it?

  • Al Zimmer: Perfect! Beautiful! Could you give me just one more?

    George Valentin: With pleasure.
