My watchbook: "First Blood 1"

Rambo, who fights an army with one person, is indeed quite strong, but the movie doesn't resonate very much. It's boring to deal with local police or something, and the cause of the incident is that both sides have problems with their behavior. There was a lack of effective communication from the beginning, the fact that the cops took pleasure in abusing prisoners was really hateful, and of course Rambo's demeanor that everyone owed him money and that he wasn't cooperating at all would have been quite offensive. It was unhappy, and the two sides refused to give in to each other, which eventually led to the gradual deterioration of things. No one will sympathize with those hapless policemen, and it is estimated that there will not be too many people applauding Rambo's behavior. After all, this is a tragic story of a hero who is divorced from society and is out of tune with society. It is very bright.

The Power Train's "First Tear" is all too familiar to Dan Hill's It's A Long Road.

So lovely! Instead of putting the background on the battlefield to directly present the cruel scenes, nor putting the background after the war to show the catastrophic impact of the war on individuals, it directly moved a war that had no reason like the Vietnam War to the "civilization". society", the irony is greatly enhanced. There are no waste scenes, no extra people, and it is quite compact and exciting. Stallone really stood firm on Rocky and Rambo in his life

First Blood quotes

  • Teasle: [after dropping off Rambo outside the city limits] If you want some friendly advice, get a haircut and take a bath. You wouldn't get hassled so much.

  • Trautman: You picked the wrong man to push.

Teasle: No, Trautman. HE picked the wrong man!

Trautman: That boy's a *heart attack*! He may be the best the Special Forces ever trained. Anything *you're* gonna throw at him, he's been through a hundred times worse! In WORSE places than this!
