Natalie: Pete, is Elliot your imaginary friend?
Pete: What's imaginary?
Natalie: Well, it's where you make someone up in your head so that you have someone to talk to. It keeps you from being lonely.
Pete: Are they funny?
Natalie: Sure.
Pete: Do they fly?
Natalie: I guess they can do whatever you want them to. That's what makes them imaginary.
Pete: Are you my imaginary friend, too?
Natalie: [laughs] I'm real.
Pete: So is Elliot.
