I watched this movie and felt like those studio owners had a WTF look on their faces. The camera rolls around, the actors talking together seems messy and nonsensical, but it's very different from Stephen Chow's because the rhythm of the whole movie is much different. Overall, it was pretty good as an anti-war movie in that era. Ultraman Part II.
