Although it is a science fiction film about the future, the whole movie is immersed in a retro atmosphere, from hats to cars. Many people think this is an inspirational movie, telling the story of a flawed person in the perfect genetic human society who borrowed his identity to become an astronaut. But I think inspirational is only a small part. It shows more of the accusations of many injustices in the real society and the courage and power that dreams give people.
