Honest and touching. While drinking, the male protagonist tells you about the bad things in his life, the proud, regretful, unbelievable, inescapable... and such absurd farewells and deaths. But after all, it's been so long, plus you and I both suffer from Alzheimer's, we can always laugh out loud when we talk.
