Just watched this video at chanel Ten.
I saw this film in the school theater when I was a junior in China.
It's just that when I watched the program forecast in the afternoon, I was attracted by the heroine, Kirsten Dunst. Spider-Man's girlfriend. Although many people say that she is a vase, the vase is still very attractive.
I like the scenes of life in London in the movie. Very quiet.
I almost went there to stay in the first half of the year, but it was a pity that I...

In reality, the British have no way to win their Wimbledon championship, so they make their own movies to entertain their dreams. When Pete overcame his back injury and was on the verge of falling behind, it was Lyz, the girl who had just fallen in love with her, and returned to the lounge when the game was suspended due to rain. Pete's mental power was renewed. He seemed to be reborn, and he just staged a wonderful reversal. At the end of his career, he helped Britain win the Wimbledon...

Inspirational sports movies have always been my dish, not to mention the protagonist is my favorite tennis. Wimbledon makes all tennis players love and hate, here is the origin of tennis, here is the world's most elegant stadium, green grass, white jerseys, red strawberries, white cream, black umbrellas. Oh, and the rain that always rains. I don't remember a year in Wimbledon where there was no delay in the game. Sometimes a game will be delayed for two or three days. This...

How many years did the British have a home Grand Slam champion, 74? 75? 76? The cow said 150,000 years, just leave him alone, just like it, like the British style, like classical tragicomedies, like Tim Henman, like zombies, like defensive counterattacks, like small people's counterattacks, so this is my classic. Wimbledon. This kind of love story may be applied to any other subject matter. Love means the same to everyone, but tennis is different.
The protagonist is Peter. Does it...

Love can really make people overcome all difficulties
In fact, the plot of this film can't be old-fashioned anymore. The failed tennis player in career love-the new female player who is determined to win Wimbledon-the two cliché encounter-the power of love-Loser=Winner. Everything is so plain, It can be said that this movie does not have any climax segments, and there are even few plots that have a turning point, but it is this kind of plain love that is deeply rooted in people's hearts. It is so warm, like a faint beam of light into the heart,...

Pretty cute~ The male and female protagonists and supporting actors are all very cute. It's a well-established comedy. It has the style of an old-fashioned movie. It's just that the plot is a bit...

Peter Colt: Presently ranked 119th in the world. Sport is cruel. Now I know it doesn't sound too bad. Four million tennis players in the world, and I'm 119th. But what that really means is this - 118 guys out there are faster, stronger, better and younger. And it gets you thinking.
[first lines]
Peter Colt: [voiceover] We all start off in life with a dream, don't we? For a tennis player, it's being in the final of a Grand Slam, Centre Court, a high lob... a smash. Game, set and match. You're a champion. You're number one. But for most tennis players, that's all it ever is: a dream. The reality is another story. My story. Now, you see that good-looking fella? No, no that kid in white, the other tired good-looking fella. Yeah, him. Well, that's me. British Davis Cup, long time ago. Two singles titles, even longer ago. Presently ranked 119th in the world. Sport is cruel. I know it doesn't sound too bad: four million tennis players in the world and I'm the 119th, but what that really means is this: 118 guys out there are faster, stronger, better and younger... and it gets you thinking. These young guys: where do they get the energy, the focus? No fear. The one thing you can't have is fear, and for the first time in my life, I'm afraid. Not of losing. I'm not even afraid of the kid. I'm afraid of what happens if that ball keeps going by me. What happens than?
Mary Carillo: What do you attribute this remarkable run to?
Peter Colt: Well, I had a bit of luck against Tom Cavendish in the quarters, and I played a more focused game, passionate game... But I suppose the real answer to your question... is... well, love. Really.
Mary Carillo: Love of the game?
Peter Colt: Yeah, love of the game... But listen, you may have read about Lizzie Bradbury and myself being... involved, so to speak... but I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight. I read the papers this morning, and they seemed to imply that Lizzie had let me down in some way. That's just not the case. The truth is I let her down. I let her down, and for that, I will always be truly sorry. Listen, I'm not in the habit of pouring my heart out on television. Or pouring my heart out at all... forgive me. Lizzie Bradbury... Lizzie is the reason that I'm here today. That's all I really came here to say, so thank you.
Mary Carillo: Thank you, Peter.
