The story is great, but the movie isn't great
The film isn't particularly well-known because Robert Pattinson paid attention to it. I haven't read the novel and I don't know how wonderful the novel is, but after watching the movie, I really don't think it's particularly wonderful. But movies based on novels are not as exciting as novels, including the Twilight series. I always feel that the title of the movie has nothing to do with the movie, but the elephant does appear in the movie, and it does not reflect the meaning of the elephant's...

This is a beautiful story, about animals, about love. Background: In the United States in 1931, the Great Depression, unemployed and homeless people were everywhere. The film is adapted from Sara Gruen's novel of the same name, Water for elephant, and the story takes place in the United States in 1931.
Perhaps influenced by Witherspoon's previous films, it always feels a little out of place when he wears American women's clothing at the beginning of the last century. This elephant is...

You are all wrong. In fact, what the film has been promoting is the relationship between humans and animals. It’s just a bastard. The third and the more pitiful is the euthanasia of the leader horse. I thought it was a warm farewell. I can't afford it. You can't talk about animal cruelty. Recently, there are always a lot of perverted videos of cat cruelty and dog cruelty, which have caused heated discussions on the Internet. Which city restricts dogs to beat dogs in the street? What a...

I came to watch this movie when I just finished reading the original book. The male lead... his face is a bit more lively than that of a vampire, but it gives people the same expression from the beginning to the end, a bitter melon face; the heroine... Linna is much older! Not beautiful enough! There is no aura that can communicate with animals.
Compared with the original book, the movie is too inferior, and the flaw lies in the script and actors! The setting of the script assumes...

I Saw A Whole Life In Ur Eyes.
In his later years, Jacob still shines brightly when he talks about those past events.
Even his eyes glowed.
I think Marlena will give him his dream life after all.
About that elephant.
Brave and fearless.
Just like their love.
The whole story is also beautiful.
Reminds me of Christina Aguilera's "Hurt" MV.
It's also a circus story.
Let's talk about actors.
Christoph Waltz felt like he never played a good guy.
How could he be so good!...

2011.10.04 @ Home I am not running away, I'm coming home. How can a tender cow with a five-square face get a round face when it gets old?

When will the adaptation of the movie surpass the original?...

August: As long as we can walk, we play.
[first lines]
Russ: [in the rain] Uh, Excuse me sir. Can we help you? Can we help you with something?
Old Jacob: Did I miss the Spec?
Charlie: Uh, yeah, I'm afraid so. The show was this afternoon.
Old Jacob: Oh.
Charlie: Did you come with the folks from Green Haven? Why don't we get out of the rain, and we'll call them for you.
Old Jacob: No, no! I came on my own.
Russ: It's okay. We're gonna call the home. We're gonna have them come pick you up.
Old Jacob: I'm telling you, I didn't come with the home! Why don't you take those rings out of your head, and maybe you won't be deaf *and* dumb.
Russ: [to Charlie] We'll it's alive.
Old Jacob: I'm sorry kid, I didn't mean that. Your rings look very... pretty.
Camel: Come on. I gotcha some work.
Jacob: With animals?
Camel: Oh, you betcha...
Jacob: [now shoveling in a train car with flies buzzing] I've never seen so much manure.
Wade: They pack 'em in 27 a car.
