Going to see this movie for the name of comedy. There are some disappointments.
The story should have been a good story, but I don't know where the problem is. After watching the whole film, I just feel that everything is missing a bit. Not enough jokes, not enough sensationalism, not enough plot.
The heroine Molly had no soul at all, just like a doll. And that little girl, Lei, was more interesting.
Alas... Left and right is a fast food movie for a pastime, maybe...

To categorize this film, I'll label it Comedy and Ethical Drama. Movies like this are more than just entertainment! Easy to analyze human nature, happy to reason, what's wrong?
When childhood is about to face the missing life, how will we react? This reminds me of "Sad City", a Hong Kong-style movie that describes a life that was missing in childhood. It is so full of rivers and lakes, and the ending is tragic, and it does not give the answer to how to get out of such a life. Just let...

Both Molly and Ray are rich girls who lack care in their families. They have chosen two extreme ways to deal with this situation that are incompatible with their respective ages. Molly enjoys and does not know the sorrows all day long to escape the pain of the death of their parents. Ray is super Unimaginable maturity hides autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder. When they met, the two seemingly different but unusually inter-connected hearts slowly joined each other. Under the rotating bowl,...

Another sweet girl, the star journey is unpredictable
A movie that doesn't need to use your brain at all, and I feel relaxed and happy after watching it. The protagonists are two beautiful women, one big and one small, the elder is 22 years old and the younger is 8 years old. The little girl Dakota Fanning is simply a copy of Natalie Portman in "This Killer Is Not So Cold" more than a decade ago. A natural actor, with time, she will become a master.
I am not impressed by the beauty starring Brittany Murphy. Hollywood has more sweet girls with...

The heart that empathizes with the body is the tightest.
Schopenhauer said: "It's either lonely or vulgar." But I want to say, perhaps, life is complicated and diverse. In modern society, perhaps few people will reach the realm of "independence from one's life and becoming immortal". Of course, that would not be a true life. Retaining a little bit of vulgar color, instead of a purely transcendent attitude, that is life, pure life. Similarly, on the path of growth, you also need to be with your confidant and find a soul mate.
22-year-old...

Although it is a warm film with a very vulgar plot, it shines because of fanning's performance. brittany murfy died last year and this is the only film I remember of her, molly in a spinning...

Molly Gunn: [Having tea in Ray's room] You're supposed to put the cream in before the sugar.
Lorraine Schleine: I'm not having cream. I can't gain weight.
Ray: Other people always let you down. Why don't you forget them and do something for yourself?
Molly Gunn: Like what?
Ray: I don't know. Something you're good at.
[beat]
Ray: And I don't mean shopping.
Molly Gunn: Maybe some of us aren't good at anything.
Ray: Every grownup is good at something.
[pause]
Ray: My bad. I don't see any grownups around here.
Molly Gunn: What's so great about being a grownup anyway? So I can turn out like you?
Ray: You're scared.
Ray: [Continues] Sometimes when Mu hears people walking by outside the door, he gets this funny expression and runs into the bathroom, like he thinks they're coming to get him.
[beat]
Ray: That's how you look.
Molly Gunn: Hi!
Ray: Oh, my God. You're my new nanny?
Molly Gunn: Hi, Laraine.
Ray: It's Ray. Nobody calls me Laraine.
Molly Gunn: Okay, Ray, I'm Molly. We met at my birthday party, remember?
