      Who is whose past life?

In 2010, the Palme d'Or was awarded to Thailand for the first time. In the early summer of May, director Apichatpong held a golden palm leaf in France. At that time, in the director's home country, there was a political storm set off by the red shirt army, and the street riots gradually turned into an uncontrollable situation. …In April of the same year, a volcano in Iceland erupted, and thick ash covered the sky and closed the sky, as if the end was coming. The more far-reaching impact is that...

ลุงบุญมีระลึกชาติ [From Li Zongheng Film Review]

      1. Pulling the value of pretentiousness to near the unconscious limit (but not reaching it), and then trying to make a name for yourself and get a piece of golden palm leaf, can also deceive many new and old literary and artistic blind people; 2. The invention of the movie came to him It's almost meaningless. After watching his half-hour interview, the more I looked at the swollen face, the more he looked like a vernacular who could speak English, but after watching the deleted clips for more...

      Miss Xiaolongren

A new insight into the tastes of the Palme d'Or judges.

Thanks to the still shots averaging 10 seconds long, it made me reconsider whether I am an impatient or a chronic.

Thanks to the smooth use of natural light, I am more confident in my photo and DV shooting skills.

Thanks to the fantastic clip, I didn't feel any turbulence during the flight.

Thanks to the imaginative plot and modeling, especially the arrangement of the red-eyed orangutan, the princess...

The origin and end of life

      Tranquility, peace, leisure, elegant and
empty mind, feel the direct dialogue of the images with the purest idea
This is the power of the big movie, no dialogue, no need
for the plot. The sound effects
make each shot seem like a history of light and shadow, a memory of the past, maybe a dream of Nanke, or
the transcendental birth of the spiritual realm in the past and present, the humanistic care of the mundane entering the world and

      scrutinizing the...

      Escape and Homecoming

The Buddha said: All kinds of life in this life are caused by cause and effect in previous lives. National mythology, national history, family scars, Apichatpong connects them with chaotic time and space, layered sounds and frozen performances, so the film no longer has explicit sensory fear, identity confusion or anxiety of the times, but jumps Get rid of people's inherent impression of third world movies, and unified into a kind of secret language that is easy to synaesthesia...

A sensible image, the space is filled with chaotic substances (smoke, forest branches, mosquito nets, caves). Ghosts, myths, nations, and history flow organically in the image medium, representing complex human situations with concrete existence, like the Klein bottle, the entanglement of memories between individuals and groups, and the intercourse between soul and nature, connecting across dimensions everywhere. on. At the end, the soul stays in a daze, and the history on the TV is...

The director said, "I don't understand, I suggest you watch it again." Memories of life are blended with imagination, and the images are comfortable and resonant. Apichatpong Weerasethakul @ Changchun State Guest...

Assuming it's really a good movie, Samsung is the limit. The content and form are extremely thin, and the nihilism and mysticism supported by this thinness itself means a...

The shot is very long and dull, the meaning is very subtle and profound, and the picture is very strange and deep. It's a ghost...
