The outline of the video, I happened to find it on Sina.com, I can't comment on it and see it for myself

The Wind Will Carry Us (2011-07-05 17:06:58) reprint▼
"Gone With the Wind" is a film by the Greek film master Abbas. An engineer and his two companions came to a village. What purpose did they come for, what their profession was, the director didn't tell us. In Abbas' previous famous film "The Taste of Cherry", a man who wanted to kill himself committed suicide for what purpose, and the director did not tell us. It can be said that these do not seem to be what the director wishes to...

      Gone with the wind

The soothing shots naturally record the words and deeds of the characters. Against the background of nature, plateaus, loess, wheat waves, and occasionally trees are reminiscent of the cave life in northwest China. The elderly sit in front of the room and chat at will; women take care of children and do housework; what about men? Out to work! It takes more than ten days for the child to go to school for the exam! Why do engineers come here? As if waiting for the death of some old woman....

Iranian movies are about life, poverty, courtesy, principle, love and admiration. There may be a translation problem, and the lines are a bit messy. The story is probably that a few young people got a job and waited for an old man to die, and then the local women made a pilgrimage. They didn’t understand Iranian culture and customs, and they didn’t understand it very well in the end. It is estimated that many people can’t watch this kind of movie. I think it feels good. Look exotic....

The answer is in the wind

      The wind will carry us

"Gone With the Wind", like all the previous works of director Abbas, narrates the true meaning of life through concise and plain language under the beautiful picture. The film tells the story of an engineer who follows his team to a small remote mountain village. He is interested in everything in the...

      familiar breath

I watched three of his movies, Little Shoes, Flying Turtle, Gone With the Wind. Each one is a familiar atmosphere, and I still can't fully understand it without the subtitles, but the cordial greetings, the simple tone, the romantic tone, and the emotions expressed naturally remind me of my childhood experiences. The environment I grew up in for 20 years. To understand a work, you need to understand it from the background of the country and ethnicity where the author's own work is located....

The poetry in the dark in the cave is beautiful. "The person who wrote this poem, how many years did she go to school?" "Writing poetry has nothing to do with diplomas. If you have talent, you can also write...

#新看#Abbas Film Festival ended with this, like a period, time does not pass, the circle is not round, there is a beautiful drum sound in the distance, there are beautiful poems, and there is an unexpected death; this time to revisit Aba For example, if he revisits the old places, the familiar scenery he passes through will bring out more complex and closer feelings to his own reality, just as he realizes some clear truths gradually revealed in the repeated similar scenes, and then he can...

The cycle repeats, day after day. When you go out, you will always meet the child, the child is always taking exams, the old couple in the tea shop is always making trouble, and when you return to the temporary residence, you will always see the woman raising the child across from you. I always get a call while shaving, I always have to drive to a high cemetery to get a signal, there is always a young man digging a hole next to the cemetery, and when I come back, I always look at the kid who is...

The answers in his films that can never be obtained, the people who can never be seen—the insurmountable sense of distance are the most intimate and alienating interactions with the audience. Everything changes like this, and in a vast world, all thoughts must keep moving and not dwell on any one tricky question. Because the wind will bring something new....

Overall, it's still a work of melancholy optimism. The cramped villages on the vast plains, the crowded people, the turtle who desperately turned over, the dung beetle who fell into the pit with the dung ball, all worked hard, the dying old man, the well digger who never showed his face, and the There are poems recited from time to time, all of which explain the beauty of this world and the illusion of the next life, and the fear of death. I think this is a religious...

    Behind the scenes gags

The English film titled "The Wind Will Carry Us" comes from a poem that explores life and death. This is another work in which Abbas Kiarostami raises questions. Life and death are fateful, far beyond human control. The film views this primitive village from the eyes of an outsider, with a sense of curiosity and voyeurism. The extremely simple image seems to be a real record of the food, clothing, housing and transportation of the...
