A niche horror movie with some Rockwell horror

The movie recommends the movie "Void". I think it should be a horror movie with a Cthulhu style. As Luo Lao's Call of Cthulhu wrote, "In my opinion, the most merciful thing in the world is that human beings cannot relate their own thinking content to each other. We live on a calm island of ignorance, in a vast In the endless black ocean, but this does not mean that we should sail for it. So far, the in-depth development of various natural disciplines has not caused disaster to the world;...

Great old school horror, almost a classic.

The Void is a very cool old-school style monster movie! Its monsters were not CGI or special effects, but were made using classic methods and cinematography, like early Cronenberg movies: lots of blood, guts, monsters, and supernatural elements. For me , the only thing that ruined it was the ending, which I won't' give away. But for most of the movie, you'll be excited, scared, and interested, always on the edge of your seat, expecting the next big surprise or bloody monster to pop up. It was...

A big step forward for Cthulhu fan movies

Howard Phillips Lovecraft, also known as the old man who loved craftsmanship, was a Van Gogh-esque genius, and he was equally tragic. He was almost unknown when he was alive, and his value rose after his death. His most famous work is the Cthulhu Mythology series.

This series of novels has a profound impact on modern culture, including Stephen King's Forbidden Graveyard, the World of Warcraft game, the American TV series Fuwei District, the movie Wademar, the Shaking Black Hole and so...

      Hodgepodge of Cthulhu Mythos

The plot of the whole drama is a bit ridiculous. The doctor regards the hospital as the summoning place of hell in another world. Taking advantage of the convenient location of the hospital, he collects a pile of corpses and sees patients as believers, so he opens the door to the void and uses Human sacrifices are used as sacrifices, and many alien monsters are summoned, but they don't seem to be very resistant to fighting. It seems that they can be solved with guns or fire. In the end, the...

Cthulhu-themed films, religion, and indescribable monsters are all my favorites. Such a niche subject, I still have to support it. It would be better if there were some more thoughtful...

I really like this kind of horror movies that don't use CGI and only use special effects makeup. The monster in the film should be a reference to "The Shape", which is very touching and has enough blood. It is a sincere horror film. But the overly simple plot is really uninteresting. The characters' combat value and intelligence are not very high, and their death is not particularly exciting. I feel that this film is more about the pursuit of inner meaning, rather than pure popcorn. As a...

    Movie plot

While patrolling around town, Officer Daniel Carter ( Aaron Poole ) stumbles upon a local drug addict, James ( Evan Stern ) , who stumbles and is injured on a deserted woodland road. Daniel decided to take the bloodstained, delirious James to a local hospital for treatment. The hospital, although nominally still open, is being relocated after the fire, and only four skeleton medical staff are currently operating. There, Daniel reunites...

    Evaluation action

"The Void" is a tense, claustrophobic adventure film full of fantasy, greed, and a mysterious supernatural reality. The style is bold, the plot is minimal, the future is full of potential, triangles are everywhere, Silent Hill-esque beasts have no faces, and death is rampant. The film doesn't show a lot of detail beyond the surface, as that would spoil many of the film's revelations and trap viewers in deep characters that don't...
