Just because I personally think that Barry Pepa's performance in "25 Hours" is no less than Norton's, I searched for this film.
Indeed, surprising. Also sad.
The first is that Charlie, played by Barry, grew up as an arrogant, arrogant and selfish man. The director showed Corana's influence on Charlie through the different results of two identical memories. The dominant force of this influence is love. A selfless love that makes Charlie reborn.
The second is that...

The Road to Survival in Wind and Rain - Finding Lost Souls
Two completely unrelated people are closely linked because of a plane crash, one is an honest and rebellious pilot, and the other is an Eskimo girl who lives a semi-primitive life. Cuddling with each other, along the way, the little girl teaches the protagonist to fish and learn the Eskimo language. The emotion between the two seems to be slowly condensed and sublimated. It is not the so-called love, but the most primitive love that surpasses friendship and affection. In the summer, the two...

Imagine your plane crashed in no man's land, this vast wasteland, how do you survive and be rescued? "The snow walker" starring Barry Pepper is such a tribute to life.
Charlie, a bohemian pilot who began to doubt his own life after experiencing the blood of war. In an accidental plane accident, he and his passenger, a sick Inuit girl, crashed into the vast arctic tundra. Two people with language barriers and different life backgrounds begin to seek survival in this lonely world....

No-makeup movie, the original face of the movie
No big names, no special effects, no brain burn, nothing! But it's surprisingly warm and beautiful! That's the original look of the movie. Kanaalaq, she told the story of her own family, her father died of lack of food in the harsh winter, and her mother ran away (suicide in the snow) in order to leave more food for the children. And she used her own blood to save her sister... Then-, on the second day when she was critically ill, she left the male protagonist alone, just like her mother......

I feel that compared to many movies, this film is very simple, there is no vigor in the film, and then everything is so memorable. The kindness, optimistic spirit and tenacious vitality of the Eskimo girl have injected vitality into the film, and the snow scenery is very Great, the aurora is also...
Kanaalaq: Walk well, my brother.
Shepherd: Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth, And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds, - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - Wheeled and soared and swung High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung My eager craft through footless halls of air... Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace Where never lark or even eagle flew - And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
