I watched this film for Diane Lane, I didn't expect Diane to have so few scenes in it... It's pure soy sauce! Completely put Clooney aside (as soon as he came out, looking at his expression, and the way he looked, I thought he was a tragic figure).
The ending of the movie surprised me a lot. I originally wanted to praise the spirit like "The Old Man and the Sea", but it gave me a "hit of reality".... I have an instant respect for this movie. !
But what does this mean? The...

When we eat the seafood in our mouths, please be grateful!
In the first half of the movie, I was terrified to see the vast sea with wild bees, waves and butterflies, and thunder and lightning. Maybe it was the American stunt that made me, who has never been to the deep sea, feel very real, afraid of the deep sea, maybe Because of that unknown danger.
When the fishermen decided to risk their luck for the sake of their wives and children, and for the sake of life, I felt that I was actually living in the unknown fear of reality. We rest, live,...

After you've struggled so hard, you find that you still can't turn things around. Facing failure or even death. Would you say frankly, at least I tried my best. Then go to death.
When that ray of sunlight gradually faded away. That kind of despair is really sad.
At one time I thought they would come through. Because the movie said to change based on the real thing, I thought if they were all dead, there's nothing to be proud of.
But they all died anyway.
Death is also a...

this is not goodbye, it is only love
I saw the evaluation of this film on BBS, so I downloaded it and watched the beginning patiently. One is another disaster film in which human beings defeat nature. I occasionally dragged it down in the middle. The Gale and the Perfect Storm The fight scene is still very heart-wrenching, and the ending is even more unexpected. Humanity has failed and is vulnerable before the perfect storm. The director made a cruel joke while giving us hope, which has made this film beyond Ordinary disaster...

In fact, I wanted to watch this film a long time ago, and I subconsciously felt that I couldn't escape the usual pattern of Hollywood disaster films. It was nothing more than some stunt scenes and heroic deeds, so it was delayed again and again. But now I am very glad that I didn't miss him. The first half hour or so of the protagonist's life background was plainly described. At first, I was not very involved in the drama, so I have been waiting for them to go to sea, and I still want to see...

The surface is magnificent, but in fact it is thin. Even if it is sensational enough, it only makes people remember the last huge wave that overturned the bottom of the boat, the shocking melody and the sharp kiss of the...

Well, it proves that the words have to...
Linda Greenlaw: [warning Billy over the radio] Billy? Get outta there! Come about! Let it- let it carry you out of there! What the hell are you doing? Billy! For Christ sake! You're steaming into a bomb! Turn around for Christ sake! Billy, can ya hear me? You're headed right for the middle of the monster! Billy?...
[starts crying]
Linda Greenlaw: ... Oh, my God!
Linda Greenlaw: [at the services for the crew of the Andrea Gail] I knew Billy Tyne, but I did not know his crew very well, but any man who sailed with him, must have been the better for it. Robert Shatford, Dale Murphy, Micheal Moran, David Sullivan, Alfred Pierre... May you rest easy long-liners, in fair winds, and calm seas... For those of us left behind, the vast unmarked grave which is home for those lost at sea is no consolation. It can't be visited, there is no headstone on which to rest a bunch of flowers... The only place we can revisit them, is in our hearts, or in our dreams. They say swordboatmen suffer from a lack of dreams, that's what begets their courage... Well we'll dream for you: Billy, and Bobby, and Murph, Bugsy, Sully, and Alfred Pierre... Sleep well... Good Night...
Linda Greenlaw: [in the bridge of the Andrea Gail] I saw your guys loading bait. You doing a turnaround?
Captain Billy Tyne: No rest for the weary.
Linda Greenlaw: There you go. Flaunting your work ethic.
Captain Billy Tyne: I don't have a work ethic. I just have work... If I'm going to catch up to you.
