      noble

After watching this movie, the first thing I saw was the relationship between various Baidu characters, trying to make up for my knowledge of the British monarchy, I found myself a white neck and sweated. . .
Well, I love Uncle Colin Firth very much. I fell in love with "Single Man". My family does not believe that he has played the king. Naturally he has that kind of aristocratic temperament, so I came to watch this. In this film, what interests me most is the Duchess and the Duke...

      Small meets big

In this film, the director once again showed his superb skills in controlling characters and stories, with perfect balance and details, which brought George VI to the audience in a vivid and full-bodied way. The British royal family has always been hidden behind deep palaces and high walls, and they are kept secret. To the world, they are so far away and noble, and they will always be a symbol of a country as sacred and inaccessible. The British kings of the past dynasties have therefore...

But you can't understand the king's cry

Movies are a good thing, and the Oscars are a good thing, at least it can use the red carpet in front of the Kodak Theater to lead the story of the ends of the earth all the way to your eyes. Since then, you have fallen in love with the tall and sturdy Mr. Darcy, admired the ever-changing Helena, and may still feel sad for the pain of the George VI who never knew it. But the erosive force of time is really powerful and terrifying. Anyway, not a lively and not tacky argument for jerky pain!...

      Overcome the immature self

The story of Zhizhi may be attractive to anyone, so there are many inspirational movies, but "The King's Speech" stands out. There are two main reasons: First, the sophistication of the film production. It's understandable, "The King's Speech" is an inspirational movie, and so is "Dulara's Promotion" (Xu Jinglei's version). The difference is that one describes the life of the royal family and the other describes the life of the workplace. From the perspective of popularization, the latter...

you are my good teacher and friend

The Oscar-winning films of the past few years have been delayed until now. We have to keep pace with the times, and we must speed up the pace. ~\(≧▽≦)/~

Sitting on the train can calm down and watch such a serious and serious film, and the location is also very important. It really is a very good film, worthy of the Oscars, the witness is over.

It is known from the film that King George VI stuttered since childhood, lived in the shadows, lacked self-confidence, had a kind...

Churches, fog, palaces, boulevards, the shots are so beautiful. Helena looks like a good family, and the Duchess of Windsor is very similar, which is unforgettable at first sight. And Dasi Shushu was singing, crying and swearing in it, which finally made me decide to give this three-star story four stars. It's still worth watching, especially the British uncles, recommend...

Different from the French chatterboxes, many chatterbox dialogue scenes can see the ingenious setup of the camera and the vivid triangle camera teaching materials. Classical, elegant, and the details are very good. It is these careful contrasts that make ColinFirth's performance more convincing. Ten years is also a strong male lead...

In the past, I only knew that the Duke of Windsor, who loved beauty and did not love the country, only after reading the information did I know that the Duke of Windsor was greedy for his wife and had no intention of political affairs. Fortunately, he did not really become a wartime king. George VI is his tank top brother. The stories of the British royal family from the Tudor dynasty and below seem to be quite interesting. Colling's acting is top notch!...

Favorite of the Oscar-nominated films, it is comparable to "The Queen" in 2007. This movie can be understood in terms of inspiration and responsibility, but what I like most is the good-natured teasing of imperial power. The constitutional monarchy is a very painful political system. For the British, the royal family represents the last imaginary afterglow of the empire on which the sun never sets. If you can speak fluently and take care of your private life, you can basically be a good...

    Movie plot

The Duke of Yorkshire ( Colin Firth ) suffered from stuttering and was unable to give a speech in public, which made him embarrassed in large-scale ceremonies one after another. The virtuous wife Elizabeth ( Helena Bonham Carter ) seeks out famous doctors everywhere in order to help her husband, but traditional methods never work. By chance, she came to the mansion of speech therapist Rainer Rogge ( Jeffrey Rush ) , and it was said...

    Video Highlights

Colin Firth was the first protagonist identified during the filming of the film.
MPAA rated the film as R-rated because of the foul language in the film (about 11 Fuck, shit, bastard, tits, bugger, etc.), which allowed the director Tom Hober and the film producer Weinstein Company Very dissatisfied. The Weinstein Company appealed to the MPAA but did not get the MPAA's attention, so it had to issue a non-swearing version. The "clean...

    And Reality Discrepancies

The Duke and Duchess of York have blue eyes, but Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter have brown eyes.
At the beginning of the film, Bertie is under pressure to deliver a public speech for the first time. In order to aggravate this pressure, the venue of the speech was set as an outdoor sports field, which made Bertie extremely nervous and completely aphasia in the face of the public. In history, Bertie also encountered such an...

    Wears the lens

At the beginning of the film, the lighting equipment in the studio is fluorescent lamps (fluorescent lamps). The fluorescent lamp was invented by General Electric Company in 1938. The time in the film is 1935.
At the end of the film, in the scene where the king and the doctor prepare to give a speech, the two clocks in the room have different times. And the time on the fireplace stayed at 5:50, and there was no movement during the five...

    Creative background

This biographical film about the life of Elizabeth II’s father, King George VI, has been favored as a seed player in major awards in 2011 at the beginning of filming, because it not only has a historical background, but also has Colin. Wonderful interpretations of actors such as Faith, Jeffrey Rush, Helena Bonham Carter and others. Regarding the film’s "award ambition", the film’s producer Marc Foligno said that "The King’s Speech" is...

    Evaluation action

The film is a biopic of King George VI, which abandons the stereotypes of British historical drama and presents a classic work with a very full story to the audience. (Review of "Chicago Reader")
The film has a wealth of real life material, so it does not require exaggerated performances by actors to show the embarrassment of King George VI at that time. (" Dallas Morning News " review)

    • Lionel Logue: [referring to the Duke of York] This fellow could really be somebody great. He's fighting me.

Myrtle Logue: Perhaps he doesn't want to be great. Perhaps that's what you want.

    • Myrtle Logue: Apologize... do you both good.

    • King George VI: We're not a family, we're a firm.
