The Hit
"The Hit" is a 1984 crime drama film directed by Stephen Frears and starring John Hurt and Terence Stamp.
The film tells the story of a crime syndicate boss who hires a cold-blooded killer to bring a whistleblower hiding in Spain back to Paris. A series of strange things happened on the way, causing the cold-blooded killer to make a decision that he will regret for the rest of his life.

The theme is illusory, the details are wonderful
I'm a fan who likes to discuss the so-called "movie theme" after watching a movie, but for this movie, it's the details and creativity that attract me more (because I can't find its theme [laughs]) , such as the sudden burst of suspects in the opening court scene (suddenly chanting "On a sunny day, we will meet eventually", threatening to taint the witness). Where did Braddock's vicissitudes and quiet eyes look.
It reminds me of "Leon", which is also a killer's feelings, but the killer's feelings in "The Hit" have room for the audience to imagine.
