The US version of The Grudge changed a setting that caused a serious bug in the movie

That's why Saeki Takeo wanted to kill Toshio. In the original version, Toshio thought that Toshio was actually killed by Kobayashi's son. Here Toshio obviously can't be Peter's son (it doesn't look like a mixed race), and he didn't explain it. If there is a fertility problem, then Junxiong is likely to be his son, so he can't just kill his own son in a hurry, that's too far-fetched.

Secondly, the original Lijia coconut’s obsession with Xiaolin was mainly concentrated in the student...

      Remake of Mrs. Xingzhi

The 03 version of "The Grudge 1" is a remake of the plot-Mother-in-law, Xingzhi, a story that an oriental actor has filmed in the East. After a year, the tenant in the film is changed to a Western actor and the police and the guard are all Japanese and all Speaking English is a bit unacceptable...

The prickly heat powder Toshio appeared in the Westernized Tokunaga's Tokunaga in the West and asked "Who are you? What are you doing here?" This scene is...

      Japanese classic horror movies

The Japanese classic horror film, I watched the first one deeply in my mind when I watched the first one in junior high school. The female ghost of Kayako in the film is a product of grievance and should die because of an injustice before death, so everyone who enters this house will die. The classic big ip in the horror film, many sequels have been released, and even remade by the United States, but the most horrible ones are still the first two versions in Japan. We can see the female...

      "The Grudge"

I think it’s normal for some people to think it’s scary, some people think it’s not scary or even a little funny.

The characteristic of Japanese horror films is grotesque and atmospheric. Sister Kay and Junxiong’s younger brother are not scary now. Apart from the skin tone, the makeup has been added some blood, and it is still a very complete face. The actor sister of the theater version 1 I later looked at it and felt So beautiful, not scary at all. The real horror of...

      Grudge

It’s okay, just this one sentence, okay, horror and the like, it’s okay when you watch it, not as fierce as a spirit, but horror movies, okay, not a few sentences, just these two words, I like it, I like it, Doug, especially when Karen went back to hear Doug’s message, really, this kind of man is great, and when Karen went to look for it, courage, and the kind of burning house in danger, it’s damn good. Beauty, I have to say that these few details are beautiful, as for the horror...

The special effects are too fake at all, I don't think ghosts are scary at all, I just think they are ugly.. The characters of the American emperor should not be mixed into Japanese horror films, so I have to force a remake to see such a big and hairy American as frightened as the Japanese. It's so incongruous, I can't...

It's still the same director, but the more remakes have made progress. The storyline is much clearer and clearer than before. It's no longer a confusing narrative. The shape and spirit of this kind of memory can fully understand the meaning. Don't procrastinate. And to be honest, the American version of The Grudge is far more frightening than the original Japanese version, and it was far more shocking than before, and I felt scary and exciting when I watched it. Don't give five stars because...

    Behind the scenes gags

The "vomiting" sound of the female ghost in the film is the sound that director Shimizu Chong likes to make in childhood. When he was young, Shimizu Chong was often reprimanded by his parents for making such strange noises. In the original version of "The Grudge", The "vomiting" sound was made by Shimizu Chong himself.
Two versions of the film appeared during the trial screening, one was R grade and the other was PG-13.
    The film’s box...

The background of the grudge creation

Two years after the Japanese version of "The Grudge" appeared, Takashi Shimizu shot the American version again. The biggest obstacle was the different appreciation and horror of Japan and the United States. Japanese horror movies have their own unique charm. For example, there are no answers to mysterious events in many movies, and the whole story can be said to have no real ending. For Japanese audiences, such an open structure can...

    Evaluation action

The degree of shock of "The Grudge" shocked many male audiences who claimed to be "daring". The "medicine" of "The Grudge" was not changed, and the director added the "soup" of "American Terror".
"The Grudge" was filmed on the spot in Japan, and the key words of the story are "Japanese house", "care of patients", "weird" and "curse". It seems that people are always afraid of a sealed space. This story that took place in an old Japanese...
