The Devil All the Time--Being Overly Religious is Harmful
I love this cast so much! Dutch stuffed radishes and little girls who play the role of Little Woman Beth. The whole movie is quite depressing. After Holland Cub experienced the death of her parents, her step-sister hanged herself again. Alas, that scene was really sad. In order to protect my sister, Holland fought with the gangster, and I couldn't help but sigh in front of...

What do you think of "Thriller"
To be honest, this is the first time I've seen the "horror" part of a thriller.
In the past thrillers, it was often shocked to be true, the sudden appearance of the dead body, the murderer lying on the window in the rainy night. Then I screamed and swore to never watch it again next time so that my heart wouldn't hurt.
But this one is very different.
In terms of content, you can more or less have a hunch in every link....

Many people are complaining about the retro method of narration from beginning to end, and they are also complaining that there are no twists and turns and no brain-burning, because it is reasonable to say that so many characters are involved because of fate. It's easy to insert again. I think this is a clear stream in the film industry in recent years, the more the director and the more exaggerated, the fate is so rough and straightforward in front of us, the 2-hour movie is...

First of all, as an artist, I have to give full marks to the picture. A lot of wide-angle slash lenses are used especially beautifully. The first is to reflect the imbalance of the character's environment. The second is to reflect the unease of the characters themselves. This imbalance brings visual depth and beauty. The slashes of each shot are carefully crafted. Some are perspective positions to enhance the depth, and some are the characters sitting obliquely with...

Generations have beliefs from generation to generation, and some beliefs can be passed on, while others are questioned, tested, and even destroyed. More often, when there is a lack of something, you will believe in something.
Faith is also the rock on which a person builds the world, no matter what you believe in; or if you don't believe in anything, this is also your belief. In today's information age, people's ability and desire to seize scientific...

Look and Feel 3.5. I don't know how to rate, how to evaluate. Good people pursue God, bad people play God, and the protagonist who does not believe in God finally understands the blind faith of father and...

I haven't seen such a dark and immersive film in a long time. The dramatic structure looks like realism. Sometimes reality makes one suspect that the bet between God and the devil is never...

The tragic life of two generations of small town families, the rivers and lakes events are all over the place. Seriously criticize the religious misconduct, all kinds of monsters in sheep's clothing. The foreshadowing in front of the movie is too long, and the drama in the last 20 minutes of the story only increases the drama a little bit. Rating: 3.6...

Rev. Preston Teagardin: Blessed are those that hunger and thirst for righteousness.
-
Narrator: Four hundred or so people lived in Knockemstiff in 1957, nearly all of them connected by blood by one godforsaken calamity or another, be it lust, or necessity, or just plain ignorance.

Rev. Preston Teagardin: I've heard of cases in my reading about sin where someone got so sick... over some sin they felt they had committed that was so terrible that they... started imagining things. Back, I read a story about... people. Poor people. Barely able to write... thinking they're... the president or... or a Hollywood celebrity like Ava Gardner.
Lenora: I... I don't understand what you're talking about.
Rev. Preston Teagardin: The thing is, that's the part of it. The book says... it's not, not understanding. See, think about it. How... could I be the daddy... when all we done is spend time with the Lord?
