The masterpiece of 1928, the more I see the back, the more I feel

Because I felt that a short review was not enough to express what I wanted to say about this film, I decided to choose a film review. The film "The Photographer" in 1928 should be able to leave its peers several streets away! First of all, this is a very neat story structure with a beginning and an end, with emotional conflicts, character settings, and a basic plot reversal at the end. This is a movie from 1928! It completely laid a model for the stories of the kind and brave, the foolish and...

Lonely for the rest of my life

In 1928, Buster Keaton joined MGM, and his career went downhill from then on. Later, he drank heavily, divorced and married, and was confined to second-rate acting all his life.

Fortunately, he made this "The Photographer" that year, and fortunately it was his first film in MGM.

Swimming pool farce, Chinatown Rush, playing with monkeys, difficult moves with great effort, and finally the beauty returns.

Still Keaton, but not so Keaton.

Some of the short reviews say...

      Chinatown Hall of Fame

MGM almost ruined the film, Keaton.

If it weren't for this film, I wouldn't know about the Tong Wars, a dispute in Chinatown in the United States hundreds of years ago.

      For example:
In 1850, Los Angeles was officially established as a city with a population of more than 1,600. In 1871, Los Angeles was still a small town with a population of 5,000 or 6,000 people. The streets were full of adobe houses and asphalt roofs. The homicide rate was the highest in the United...

Unexpectedly informative and informative, the story twists and turns constantly

      Plot overview

A little diaosi who helped people take pictures on the side of the road, because of an accident, he met a heroine who worked in the news center and was determined to pursue the heroine. Then I bought a hugely broken camera and tried to shoot good works so that the owner of the news center paid a high price for his...

      simple story simple love

There's a reason Buster Keaton is on par with Chaplin as a silent-era comedy genius.

This "Photographer" tells a simple story, a simple love story, warm and touching. After watching the whole movie, I sighed at Mr. Keaton's unrestrained ideas. He sat in the back of the car in the heavy rain, his lover and other men were sitting in the hood of the car, and he had the wisdom and courage to save the beloved girl but was robbed by others. It's really love. The originator of...

The music in this film is so avant-garde.... To run the news, you must first have an internal response... Secondly, you must be strong and strong.... Comedians in the silent film era are really working hard to act! pay tribute! !...
