      big disappointment

Familiar stories, childhood dreams of countless people, thinking that Chunli was Ou's favorite character back then, with such a good theme and so many potential audiences, this film should not be bad.

These are the naive thoughts I had before I walked into the cinema.
Found out after watching it. 1. Expectations are too high. 2, did not see who the director is. . .

If I had seen what Andrzej Bartkowiak had done before, I wouldn't have paid so much attention to this...

      give me back my bag

In the 1994 version of the Street Fighter movie, Long and Ken became two gangsters selling arms, and Haogui became Vega's clown, but at least it can be seen that the characters are as close to the game as possible, especially Ah Third, the reduction degree of Honda and Lao Sang can be said to be quite high. (Although the kung fu is far from bad...) After 15 years, let's see what the director who was killed by the sky was doing in this super-rat film. I admit that this female hybrid called KK is...

Finally know how the dragon won the street fighter competition.

It can be said that apart from the "street fighter" shown in the title, I can't find any trace of Street Fighter. The martial arts of the important characters in it are so unbearable that the Baroque was killed by Chunli in seconds, and Chunli beat a few small ruffians. It is also so laborious, and what is even more shocking is the whirlwind leg with a split that is at most 100 degrees. In the face of such an opponent, I believe it is easy for Long to win the Street Fighter Championship. The...

      Never played Street Fighter

It seems that all the movie reviews say this is a bad movie.
But personally I think this is one of the many boring movies I've watched recently. I
haven't played Street Fighter, so I don't have any preconceived effects.
In fact, I think this The film is quite youthful, warm-blooded, warm and inspirational.
Although I am also surprised that Chunli doesn't seem to wear a cheongsam from beginning to end, and the bun head only appears once.
      But personally, I think watching...

      don't like the upgrade

When the Street Fighter series first came out, it was an 8-player version. Later, a 12-player version was released, which basically kept the original flavor. The series that came out later, plus many boring characters, scenes, etc., was the least favorite. It is adding that everyone can perform qigong, completely giving up the original fighting skills. Originally, I didn't have high expectations for this film. It was already very uncomfortable for Chunli to find a foreigner to play. From the...

As a film adapted from Street Fighter, it seems that the degree of restoration of the characters is difficult to satisfy the players. From the perspective of the play, the structure is not compact enough, and the plot is still open to question. Game movies can't help but use a lot of special effects, which are not fancy but far from exquisite, and the kung fu familiar to Chinese people is also designed to be boring. Zheng Peipei participated in the...

It's not as good as the version of Shange Winton 13 years ago, the martial arts design is nondescript, the plot is incomprehensible, and the name of Chunli is...

139 Why Game-Based Movies Can Never Be as Superhero Movies

    Movie plot

The streets of Bangkok seem to be peaceful, but various powerful forces are surging inside. They are warriors with special skills, either to protect the dear ones around them, or to seize the supreme power. They are determined to have the same belief and give everything to victory.
Gang boss M. Byson ( Neil MacDonald ) has unlimited power and can call the wind and rain, but he has an ulterior past. Chadur, the dark organization under...

    Behind the scenes gags

The film is the second time adapted from the movie version of the video game " Sutorīto Faitā; Sutorīto Faitā ", but it has nothing to do with the previous version of the movie "Sutorīto Faitā; Sutorīto Faitā", from plot to production. The team is a brand new lineup.
Because the Japanese version of the game and the American version have different character names, there are also differences in the movie version. In the Japanese version...

    Negative Evaluation

The difference in the action scene setting of the movie "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li". The fighting scenes of the whole film are "fake" in one word, and the characters' movements are as rigid as puppets, and Chunli always makes somersaults to make people feel like being in a circus. As an action movie, the plot can naturally be ignored, but the action scenes are designed so casually that it is really inconsistent. (Sina...

    Movie quotes

    • Charlie Nash: His name's Bison. I've tracked him through eleven major cities on four continents and never come close, not once. This guy walks through the raindrops. Anybody that's against him is either dead, or on their way.

    • Chun-Li: [fighting with Cantana] Tell me about the White Rose.

Cantana: You must be Daddy's little girl.

Chun-Li: [Chun-Li breaks Cantana's arm. They fight until Chun-Li has Cantana's other arm trapped, ready to break it] Tell me!

Cantana: It's a shipment. Arrives at the end of the month, the last Friday.

      Chun-Li: Where?

      Cantana: Central shipyards. Berth 21.

Chun-Li: [Cantana's bodyguards are about to break in] I want you to send Bison a message. Tell him the schoolgirl's grown up.

    • Vega: [Chun-Li has cut Vega's face and has her foot pressed against his head] You think this is over?

Chun-Li: No. I'm just getting started.
