Inexplicably feels like a dreamlike scene

I watched it when I was about seven or eight years old. I don't know why this film left such a deep impression on me when I was young. I have only watched this film once, but the three scenes of drinking whiskey, burning tobacco and narcotic drugs for warmth and the ending are extremely impressive and unforgettable to this day. The ending is especially dreamy under the whitewash of memories: the hostess is working in the office, and the male host comes to her in crocodile leather shoes. It's...

About 10 years old when it looked
      memories already blurred
know only a man and a woman is a treasure hunt
      seems very exciting

      even forgot starring appearance
always wanted to relive that feeling
as adults still want to eat White rabbit candy childhood like

The silly eldest sister who wrote the novel strayed into the jungles of South America and ran into Doug, who hadn't grown old and ugly, and met alpacas and parrots; a bunch of inexplicable thugs hunted her with guns. Aunt Stupid yelled and ran around, trying to mess up everything. Although it is not a fantasy movie, the details can only be seen as fantasy: every time you go to a secret place, a large number of villains flock to you (how can you not come to dig so early), pig's feet are...

    Movie plot

Joan Wilder is a romantic thriller novelist. Since becoming famous, each of Joan's novels has been selling well for a while and has a considerable influence among readers. Perhaps it is because the writer is too fanciful and sensual. Joan always hopes that his life can be like the protagonist in his pen, vertical and horizontal, romantic and full of excitement. One day, when Joan finished a new work and was about to meet her publisher,...

    Evaluation action

"Romancing the Stone" integrates funny, entertainment, adventure, and action. Many sections of the film imitate the style of "Raiders of the Lost Ark". For audiences who like adventure films, the film is a pleasant memory. The exotic, romantic and humorous passages in the film make the audience talk about it. After " Raiders of the Lost Ark " was released for many years, "Romancing the Stone" is another masterpiece of action and...

    Movie quotes

    • Joan Wilder: These were Italian.

      Jack Colton: Now they're practical.

    • [first lines]

Grogan: What's it gonna be, Angelina?

Joan Wilder: [voiceover narration] It was Grogan: the filthiest, dirtiest, *dumbest* excuse for a man west of the Missouri River.

Grogan: So, you can die two ways, angel: quick like the tongue of a snake, or slower than the molasses in January.

Joan Wilder: [voiceover narration] But it was October.

Grogan: I'll kill you, goddammit, if it's the Fourth of July! Where is it? Uhh. Get over there!

Joan Wilder: [voiceover narration] I told him to get out, now that he had what he came for.

      Grogan: Not quite, angel.

      [spits]

Grogan: Take 'em off. Do it! Come on!

[Angelina kills Grogan by throwing a concealed knife]

Joan Wilder: [voiceover] That was the end of Grogan... the man who killed my father, raped and murdered my sister, burned my ranch, shot my dog, and stole my Bible! But if there was one law of the west: Bastards had brothers, who seemed to ride forever.

    • Jack Colton: Now I ain't cheap, but I can be had.
