      British humor

An interesting and relaxing movie, written by two good brothers Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, with a little more British comedy flavor, a little bit more long-winded that Hollywood has become popular in recent years, the film is fast-paced, and the lines are humorous , the performance is vivid, the jokes are many and fresh enough, and the old-fashioned place is not absent, but not too much. Such a comedy film also combines road movies + alien factors, which is enough to satisfy the audience. It is...

What Darwin can't do, aliens can do it for you

      It's a road movie, it's an alien movie, it's a religious movie.
Probably the most human-like alien I've ever seen. Not only in appearance, but in behavior and speech. Smoking, dancing, swearing, and wanting to pick up girls (in the end, didn't abduct an old lady from Earth), and so on.
Contrary to "God of Fortune Inn", the bad guy I always thought was the good guy (the detective), and the good guy I always thought was, of course, the good guy (two treasures).
      For Westerners, is...

      no feeling movie

I don't know if it's because of the film or because of personal reasons. I laughed when I watched this movie, but I didn't feel the same feeling when I watched "Zombie Shaun" and "Blood Detective" by these two brothers. Started fast-forwarding halfway through.
To sum up, the sudden reversal that I want to give you in the film has no effect in my opinion. For example, PAUL suddenly ate the bird, and the man in sunglasses who was chasing all the way suddenly turned into someone from PAUL's...

      Lots of jokes, lacks depth

When I watch the movie, I don't really care which of the amazing actors in the movie has a great performance, which one is coming to play soy sauce again, and the foreigner's name is too long to remember. Just how it feels in general.
In fact, many people come to the movie review just to know if the movie is worth watching.
Or read something you don't understand to clarify your doubts.
I hate movie reviews that are full of spoilers.
I also hate film reviews that are...

A tribute to traditional science fiction

I saw the trailer of "Paul" on HBO. Brother Paul's appearance was quite amazing, so I decided to watch it. Overall a little disappointed, it's basically a road comedy of two 2 goods and an alien 2 goods, very sci-fi geek. Although the main actor is Simon Pegg, this 2 is no longer the British embarrassment of "Zombie Shaun" and "Hot Fuzz", but American shit and piss that account for a larger proportion. Of course, there are occasional highlights, such as Paul's styling and movements, such as the...

    Behind the scenes gags

The script of the film was written by Nick Frost and Simon Peggy himself.
In order to film the scene of the San Diego Animation Convention, director Greg Mottola recreated the show at the Albuquerque Convention Center. However, in order to avoid further inconvenience, some changes were made to the interior scenes of the San Diego Animation Conference in the film, and the street scenes were still shot on site.
Paul in the film is also the...

    • Clive Gollings: Ever since I saw "Mac and Me", I've dreamed about meeting you!

    • Ruth Buggs: Fuck-a-roo, that was the best titty-farting sleep I have ever had.

Paul: I got a feeling that you're new to cursing, Ruth? Look, cursing's fun, you just gotta pick your moments, okay?

Graeme Willy: Hey, maybe we should stop for some food, is anybody hungry?

      Paul: Fuck yeeah!

Ruth Buggs: You bet your big fat cock I am!

      Paul: Nice!

    • Ruth Buggs: Well ain't that a bag of tits.
