      love in war

I downloaded a version with more than 6 o'clock G. I thought it was a big scene and a very intense movie. Who knows, such war movies let me down again. Many war films now no longer focus on the war itself, and the love story behind it often becomes the main line of the story.
Really can't imagine the love in the movie. After knowing each other for so long, are you willing to go to the battlefield that was extremely tired for her? In the fierce battle of others, can the two of them...

      big hat, small plot

To make this movie with a big name really makes people feel deceived. This movie reminds me of something like "The Burning Years" I watched in college, of course, it's not as good as the Burning Years. The plot inside is very unoriginal:
      1. It once again described the feeling: During World War I, many people in North America wanted to patriotically participate in the war, and then a small number of people seemed to be wise and anti-war.
      2. People of German descent have seen a lot...

      After The War

Honestly, the first thing that attracted me was that the poster
made me want to believe that this is a pure war movie
but it is still a great love in the context of war
or, and also the moral thinking about war and caused by it I
      finally fell into the cliché
, but this is the cliché that I like. The
background of the cliché that makes people feel moving is the Battle of Passchanel in the First World
      War
. The data of nearly 600,000 soldiers is enough...

      Battle of Passchen

The opening film of the 33rd Toronto International Film Festival.
Based on the true story of World War I. The film tells the unfortunate encounter of a pair of lovers during the world-shaking Battle of Passchener. The historical Battle of Passchener broke out on July 31, 1917, and lasted until November 6. The two sides, Britain and Germany, experienced a tug-of-war for more than four months. The British hoped to capture the Belgian Passchener in order to destroy the German submarine...

The moment when time stands still on the battlefield

World War I, the Battle of Passchand.
This is not a war movie. There are also gunfights, the roar of artillery fire, hand-to-hand combat and broken arms and stumps, but it is an out-and-out love movie, to be precise, a love movie with war as the background.
The moment when time stands still on the battlefield.
David's cross-bound shape is too coincidental, but when the sergeant was kneeling in front of him after being injured, the camera zoomed out to give a...

    Background creation

Passchendaele, also known as the Third Battle of Ypres , began on July 31, 1917. The British hoped to take advantage of the victory of the Battle of Roger Mason in June to attack the German Submarine base on the coast of Vlaanderen to accelerate the collapse of Germany. After 16 days of artillery preparation (3000 guns fired 4.5 million shells ), together with the French army, 16 divisions of troops launched a fierce attack on the...
