The underrated "Me and Orson Wells"
Under the glimpse of light, this biopic of "I and Orson Wells" is not much different from other biopics. The flashy background of the times tells an exciting story in the extraordinary life of a genius, as if it were Hollywood. The standard product on the assembly line has its own features, such as the structure of the play in the play, such as the narrative angle of the bystander, but it seems to be the only thing.
In fact, "Orson Wells and Me" is very special. The in-play does not...

I just finished watching it today, purely for supporting Zac Efron. I don’t have much to say about the acting, but I don’t know whether the protagonist of this film should be Richard or Orson... Just take a good picture of your biography and change your perspective. It’s okay, but the protagonist should be Orson after all... How did the lens focus on Zac’s character in the end? It makes people think that this is talking about Richard’s life. But if it’s really talking about Richard’s life, the...

Watching a movie in the school theater, Richard Linklater "Me and Orson Welles" (2008). The high school physiology check entered the Wells Mercury Theatre to play a small role in "Caesar", which raised questions about growth, Wells' genius and self-centeredness. Wells's theater, radio, and film achievements have made him a god-like figure. Jazz and Japanese bombing of Shanghai in 1937.

Since I don't know the background, I look at Zac Efron completely. It's a pity that, aside from Orson Welles, none of the other characters have been...

sometimes you remember a week for the rest of your life. Sometimes you remember a week for the rest of your life. When Richard said this, I no longer regarded him as an 18-year-old boy. Zac succeeded in shaping a young man who chased his dreams, and I like this...

It's completely aimed at ORSON, that's all I can...
Orson Welles: Where is thou ukulele?
Richard Samuels: I think some asshole... doth... stole it
Orson Welles: Do you know Booth Tarkington's "The Magnificent Ambersons?" Tarkington was a family friend. The character of Eugene, the inventor, is based on my father who died when I was fifteen. My mother when I was nine. "Ambersons" is about how everything gets taken away from you.
Orson Welles: Look at us, Runyon. Me without my story and you without your girl. We can't ever tell what will happen at all, can we? Once I stood in Grand Central Station to say goodbye to a pretty girl. I was wild about her. In fact, we decided we couldn't live without each other, and we were to be married. When we came to say goodbye we knew we wouldn't see each other for almost a year. I thought I couldn't live through it - and she stood there crying. Well, I don't even know where she lives now, or if she is living. If she ever thinks of me at all, she probably imagines I'm still dancing in some ballroom somewhere... Life and money both behave like quicksilver in a nest of cracks. And when they're gone we can't tell where - or what the devil we did with 'em...
