"Married to the Mob" is a comedy film directed by Jonathan Demme and starring Paul Lazar and Alec Baldwin . It was released in the United States on August 19, 1988.
The film tells the story of Frank, a mafia gangster in New York, USA, and his accomplices kill a mafia gangster from another gang. Just when he returned home triumphantly, his wife Angela told him that she was going to divorce him because she was not satisfied with this life. . Frank, who didn't take it seriously, molested Tony's lover at the celebration party, and Tony beat Frank to death when he was angry. Angela became a widow and took her son to New York's East Side to start a poor but respectable new life. Detectives Mike and Tony both have their eyes on her: Mike wants to learn about the Mafia through her, and Tony wants to get her.
