Like Father, Like Son--You Don't Have to be Like Your Father

Nononomiya has lived a smooth life so far and is an elite member of a large construction company. He and his wife, Lu, have been married for many years and have a very good relationship. Together, they raise their smart and well-behaved son, Qing Duo. I thought that the peaceful life would continue like this,...

Like Father, Like Son--It Is A Family Ethics Movie

Since this film was nominated for the best picture at Cannes, I really want to see it. It is Hirokazu Ededa's new work "Like Father, Like Son," featuring the male god Masaharu Fukuyama. How can you not look forward to it? The story is very simple. A middle-class couple and their children are moving forward on the trajectory of their lives. However, life is not smooth. A phone call from the hospital where the son was...

      affection

People 's attitude towards work is
like driving a full-speed train. After a long time, they also need to slow down to experience life and take care of their family.
When the boss of Nonomiya said this to him, he really touched me. This is the slow life I need most at the moment, but it is really hard to slow down. There is a president やさしいの very lucky.
      Understanding of family affection
If I mistakenly recognize my children, or if I think about it now, my parents are not my...

      like father like son

The Japanese family film is pretty good, the rhythm is relatively slow, but the tension is high, and the soundtrack is just right.

Originally, I thought that the point of such a film was that the two children were holding the wrong one, but after watching it carefully, it was actually a collision between different educational concepts and blood ties, so many people were saying whether the ending was changed or not. At the time, I felt that it didn't matter how the ending ended, and...

From the conflicting background of the relationship between two families, it tells the story of a proud and conceited father's gradual return to family and affection under the accident. It is Hirokazu Koreeda who has always used the unhurried camera language to tell the story in a delicate and simple manner, which has long been his unique label. Getting along day and night encounters blood thicker than water, at a loss to make choices, conflicts and reconciliation of different values. The...

The details are really well laid out, using popular themes to depict the change of mind, reflecting the reactions of the characters around them; at the end, the father and son walk on the fork in the road and keep walking. Fine taste; the rhythm is soothing and restrained, flowing with daily poetry. As if the warm-up of "The Thief Family", first discuss the role of blood and fetters in the family? Is it the power of genes, or is the long-term relationship fostered by companionship more stable?...

    Behind the scenes gags

Lily Franky has a very warm scene in the film. In the scene, he takes a bath with the children. During the scene, he takes a sip of the bath water and vomits it out. This scene comes from the director’s real experience. Director Zhi claimed to have played like this when he took a bath with the child, but was scolded by his wife for not talking about hygiene.
There is an unused line in the film. After a lot of found a son who ran away...

    Creative background

Inspired by the reportage documenting multiple miscarrying incidents of infants in Japan in the 1970s, Hirokazu Koreeda wrote this suspicious story of blood ties. The film takes many families as the main body and is a typical middle-class value model. Children have to practice piano in order to be admitted to prestigious schools. Fathers have to work hard to support the family. When they return home, they are also dignified and...

    Evaluation action

Hirokazu Koreeda chose such a heart-abuse subject rather skillfully, so that the child who had been raised for five or six years severed his relationship with him and exchanged for a child who had no contact with him although his own flesh and blood. No matter how you tell this story, There will be no shortage of sensational elements. But Hirokazu Koreeda used these sensational elements with great restraint, using a calm and unhurried...
