      human nature

In my opinion, this film has three story lines and three distinct characters, which echo and complement each other, which is quite ironic. At the same time, we will have a question in our hearts, "What is human nature?"

Lila is a woman with congenital hirsutism. Her hair follicles grow hair, which is somewhat atavistic. She looks like a monkey. discrimination and isolation. She chose to return to nature, to get rid of the constraints or restrictions...

      human and nature

Because of my admiration for Charlie Kaufman, I decided to watch this very unpopular "Human Nature" after complementing his other film works (except the new film "Disorder"). The resources are not easy to find, but suitable Chinese and English subtitles are even more difficult to find. After a lot of hard work, I can only read the second half with the help of English subtitles. Fortunately, I can understand it.
Yet another typical Charlie Kaufman film, and like his other works, the...

      On animality and sociality

Clicking in to watch this movie was purely accidental. It was the word human nature recommended on the page that attracted me in an instant, and I was eager to see how human nature is interpreted.

In the eyes of modern people after the edification of civilization, many primitive animal sexual behaviors are indecent, such as nudity, public masturbation, growling and so on. Human beings restrained these desires step by step, put on gorgeous clothes,...

It's probably the most impressive movie I've seen this year.

      "human nature"

      Subjective rating: 10 points

      Plot overview

From the perspective of flashbacks, it tells the bizarre sci-fi story between a male savage, a long-haired girl, a male doctor, and a female assistant. The long-haired girl naturally grows like an orangutan. She loves nature and becomes a nature writer. She meets a male doctor by accident. They pick up a male savage in the wild, teach him human...

      movie noir

I don't know why, every time I watch a French movie, I always feel depressed. I can't tell if it's because French movies often ruthlessly reveal the essence of the deepest human soul, or because of their pessimistic and realistic depictions of reality. Helpless, the cruelty of reality flows everywhere.

Every time I see half of it, I feel like I want to touch my soul in the depths of my heart, but I am dragged tightly by the heavy weight, unable to breathe, but desperately trying to...

Do I actually prefer Michel Gondry....

The front is quite ordinary, full of irony, especially the shaping of the characters, and the ending is wonderful, but overall I am still a little disappointed with the combination of the director and...

I think this story is a tragedy wrapped in a comedy shell~ The end turned out to be that this ape finished the gesture of returning to nature and earned enough attention, and then ran away with other girls in a blink of an eye, saying one thing and doing another, a fable of human...

It turned out to be Charlie Kaufman, which is no wonder the story is both weird and interesting. The ending is amazing enough. When animals have human nature, they learn human civilization, life enjoyment, cultural education, as well as shame, even duplicity and fraud. Then it is impossible to return to the primitive and natural animal. Therefore, human beings are always slow and simple in reminiscence of the past. If it really restores you to the past, no one should really want...

    • Louise: I fall in love with a man - his mind, period.

      Lila Jute: There's a limit.

Louise: No, period. End of sentence. End of paragraph. Close the book, we're done. Give me a man with intellect... I could care less about the packaging. You don't fuck the packaging.

      Lila Jute: Yeah you do.

Louise: You fuck the mind, Lila, you fuck the mind. Period. Close the book, end the sentence, close the whatever.
