(July 5, 2010)
This film once again proves that no matter before or after marriage, men are still like children in many ways, not to mention that they "travel" back to 24 years ago, and they really are childish. So, when I think those depictions of the 80s are not obvious and slightly contrived, the sci-fi element of "traveling" is just a means, in order to completely make men a channel to be more boyish.
Some people also compare it with "The Hangover". In fact, it is all a male group...

Movie Talk [0006] Hot Tub Time Machine
[0006] The Hot Tub Time Machine,
except for a few headlights, gave me a few seconds of stimulation, all the episodes are like chewing wax, and the whole movie has been completely forgotten at the moment of watching. Thinking that John Cusack was between the first-line and the near-line, the economic benefits brought by "2012" should also be what the producers are happy to see. But looking at this movie, and looking at his recent trip to China for gold digging and the filming of "Spy...

A few old men took a bath and went back to America in the 1980s. At that time, people didn't know Michael Jackson, didn't know email and QQ, they used old-fashioned cassette machines and elevators, and the only thing that didn't change was the madness that was still on drugs. And the frivolity with a mouthful of fuck you.
Come from the future, re-review the time that you have experienced, and you still have to re-experience it before you believe that everyone's trajectory clearly refreshes...

Let me think about what else John Cusack has done in movies other than bad guys...well...seems to be gone.
He is such an actor who plays all kinds of losers. Puppeteer loser "Being John Malkovich", record store loser "High Fidelity", driver loser "Identity", killer loser "War Inc.", writer loser twice "1048" "2012" (coincidentally, the title are pure numbers). So this time he made persistent efforts and acted in another film about a middle-aged loser. Who told him to have such a face, with...

I suddenly had an idea at the very beginning of playing them through time. Our entire human society is like one person, and the 80s is synonymous with beauty like adolescence, full of passion, creativity, and beautiful memories. And now it's like a middle-aged person, the consequences of the previous willful and reckless behavior have all emerged to form a mid-life crisis, an environmental crisis, a financial crisis, and various crises.
At this time, Americans are nostalgic for the...

Nick: Just like Cincinatti.
Lou: What?
Adam: You're gonna bring that up?
Lou: We said we weren't gonna talk about Cincinatti ever, okay?
Jacob: Is that why you have that shoebox in your closet that says "Cincinatti"?
Adam: Yeah!
Lou: What? That's fucking admissible!
Nick: You keep it in the closet?
Adam: What was I supposed to do with it? You can't bury those things.
Nick: You wrote "Cincinatti" on it?
Adam: How do I know which one it's supposed to be?
Jacob: Is it a fetus?
Nick: My friends are ridiculous.
Jacob: The taxidermist is stuffing my mother.
Nick: [upon seeing their hotel for the first time in years] Muthafucka.
