  • The film is based on William Shakespeare 's tragedy of the same name, " hamlet ". Danish Prince Hamlet suddenly received news of his father's death when he was studying at the University of Wittenberg in Germany. When he returned to his country for a funeral, he encountered a series of incidents in which his uncle Claudius ascended the throne and his uncle and mother Joe Trude got married in a hurry one month after his father's funeral. This filled hamlet with doubts and dissatisfaction. Immediately afterwards, when Horatio and Bernardo stood guard, the ghost of his father, old Hamlet, appeared, stating that he was poisoned by Claudius and asked Hamlet to avenge himself. Afterwards, Hamlet used pretending to be crazy to cover himself and confirmed through "play within a play" that his uncle was indeed his father's enemy. After mistakenly killing Polonius, the father of his beloved Ophelia, Claudius tried to get rid of Hamlet by the king's hand, but Hamlet took the opportunity to escape back to Denmark, only to learn that Ophelia committed suicide and had to accept duel with his brother Leotis. In the duel, Hamlet's mother, Joe Trud, died of poisoning by mistakenly drinking the poisoned wine that Claudius prepared for Hamlet. Hamlet and Leotis were both shot with poison swords. Hamlet, who learned the cause of the poisoning, killed him before he died. Claudius died and asked his friend Horatio to tell his story to later generations.

As a result, I decided to brag about DTT shamelessly~

This version of Hamlet is a TV adaptation of their 2008 stage version by the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) at the invitation of the BBC. It is said that the stage almost did a live broadcast (similar to NT Live) back then, but it didn't work out in the end, which is a pity.
This version has not done any major surgery in the adaptation, a little bit of lines have been deleted, and the to be or not to be has been advanced. Overall, it is quite faithful to the original adaptation....

      A little idea.2

DTT, who shines with a good script, meets Hamlet! It's so good, it's like a soul floating in the void of art, pressed into the mortal body.

This version of the Danish Prince is very "outgoing", but never "empty", with delicate and rich emotional layers, personal emotional power, solid skills and invisible, transforming hamlet's complex and pure sorrow from ancient to modern, modern Under the pretense, the strength of penetrating people's hearts is...

      The Prince in Jeans' Revenge

When it comes to Shakespeare, even people who haven't read his work can usually say "To live or to perish, that is the question." Such a classic work, any transformation will inevitably be questioned.

The almost unchanged lines, scenes, and shapes for hundreds of years have allowed "Hamlet" to retain its original flavor after countless interpretations. Batches of audiences compare scenes with limited differences. different. The BBC's "Hamlet" in 2009 can be said to be an adaptation...

A thousand directors have a thousand sets of Hamlet

A thousand directors have a thousand sets of "Hamlet", and finally chose the BBC's 2009 Gregory Doran's "Hamlet", produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company (The Royal Shakespeare Company), David Tennant plays Hamlet, opening to him Very dissatisfied, and then a few scenes were performed extremely well. After all, Hamlet is very difficult to play, and it may be the top few on the list of difficult characters, so I'm not demanding. I chose this set to watch because I read different versions of...

"Hamlet" 2009: Modern elements lack avant-garde courage

The biggest advantage of watching Shakespeare is that the script is familiar and you don't need subtitles. Anyway, I know where you are playing, so just concentrate on watching the performance. The text is the same, but the performance is completely different; all take this set of moves to see who does it well and whose style is well explained. This requires the director to have his own set of aesthetics, based on his own understanding of Shakespeare's plays, turning plays or images into...

DT's Hamlet, especially the first and second monologues, is crazy and neurotic and memorable, but the famous to be or not to be is not that...

The most subversive version of Hamlet in the minds of the public, but DTT is the best Hamlet in my mind. The neurotic, insane, and egocentric prince of Denmark has proved the truth that if you don't die, you won't die. So this work itself describes a tragedy of character, not a tragedy of...

This BBC version is based on the superb performances of DT and Professor X, which greatly enhances the action and makes the actors' emotions more extreme than the old version. Picky, the art design is also very exquisite, the lens is more about pursuing the characteristics of the dramatic "third space", which is very characteristic. The three-hour Hamlet is so attractive, at least better than the 1961...
