      Violent aesthetic masterpiece

One of the most emotional movies I've seen in the last few days. Woo Yusen's violent aesthetics can be said to be reflected most vividly in this film. Just like in Two Heroes, the confrontation is obvious, and even the contradiction has changed from two sides to multiple parties. The tense atmosphere of the confrontation with guns escalates in this film. In addition, the "Wu Yusen element" in the film has also been presented many times. The tranquility of the church is compared with the...

The changed face of John Woo

When you see Kans coming to the airport in a black trench coat blown by the wind from nowhere, when you see the terrorist leader Kans and the ultimate police officer Sean shooting with guns in both hands, who do you think of? What movie do you think of when the white dove is flying in the Christ Church, facing the fierce gunfight and shooting of Kans and Sean that followed?

I don't know much about the background of this film, but through many of Woo's unique styles, I guess it should...

      high score proposition composition

A typical American action movie, the blasting scene of the speeding airship, looking at the cool guide of the old beauty from the current point of view, it feels like archaeology, and it is a bit abstract, the details are still romantic, the scene of a group of people pointing guns at each other is really Magical...

The ending of the story is typical, the structure is typical, but the theme is quite interesting! The face-changing aspect is quite brilliant. The two movie stars are very...

      MOVIE: Face Off (1997)

Kester insanely "Hallelujah" echoes back and forth. Against the backdrop of the church and the white dove, violence and blood have a holy connotation. Violence becomes romance with the music "Over The Rainbow" brought out by the child. The face change surgery is a little bloody. deep impression. 身份互换,凯斯特被杰米呼唤出了一些父爱,痞气地把杰米的男友揍得半死,并教育了杰米一番。Eicher met Kester's son and healed the pain of losing his son. We found that the two characters partially merged. Finally back at the church, the face of...

The face will change, but what about the soul

A good commercial film, the plot setting I guessed but it is also touching enough. The two leading actors are so arrogant that they don't have to rely on their faces to judge characters, especially when Sean becomes Castor, he has to pretend to be crazy and laugh so desperately that he is about to cry.

But let's set it up, really need to know it's HE to watch it. It's too heart-wrenching and too heart-wrenching. I really don't want a sacrifice like Sean in this world okay! Many...

John Woo's gun battle scene is as exciting as ever. Cage is a bit cool as a pony brother. The theme of changing faces and changing identities is well played and reflects the acting skills of the two protagonists. It is very interesting, and the family drama is handled...

The delicate and delicate emotion is really the strength of the director of the East, the perfect combination of the soundtrack and the plot, the two male protagonists exchange their identities as fake, the rhythm of the climax at the beginning of the film, and Director Wu's explanation the day before yesterday, don't be too perfect! The warmth of the last paragraph can be compared to the moment when leon opened the door for Mathilda!...

A typical Wu action film, using a simple and effective creative method to push the aesthetics of violence to the extreme. The alternation of good and evil, and the interpenetration of good and evil, the audience's psychology is stretched and involved in the shifting of positions again and again, and the plot tension of the story is also strengthened by...

    Behind the scenes gags

The prison where Sean Archer was imprisoned was filmed at the Eagle Rock Substation.
The clothing department of the crew produced a total of 180 pairs of magnetically fastened boots in the film, each weighing 13 pounds.
The producers had hoped that Wu Yusen could remove the slash in the title, but Wu Yusen insisted on keeping it. He was afraid that the audience would misunderstand the film as a hockey movie (Face Off is a hockey term...

    Evaluation action

"Changing Face" puts the "face changing", a cliché part in the Sichuan opera, into a flowery life. First, the police became a bandit, and then the bandit became a policeman. The two people who have exchanged looks and identities have embarked on a journey of "finding who I am" and "recovering my identity" in a sense. This kind of philosophical speculation, combined with Wu Yusen’s violent aesthetics, and the semiotic action drama in...
