It's not a movie review, it's just depressed and unhappy

It shouldn't be considered a film review. I really feel unhappy. After watching "Don't Look Back" starring Sophie Marceau and Monica Bellucci, I was so depressed. It was really depressed for a whole day. I really don't understand the director's idea. Although I haven't seen it that deep, it's not that I didn't understand it. I really think the director's tossing is necessary. It's too screwy.

I don't want to talk about the plot, because I think the plot has been weakened by the...

      Gimmick: 2 days later + face-changing special

Originally intended to give 6 points, for 2 super days, I gave 7 points.

I really couldn't find suitable subtitles for this film. In the end, although I downloaded the full 4.4G version, I deleted it because there were no subtitles, because I knew that even if I watched it again, I would still not understand the details of the arrangement.

Haven't known what a conversation is since the couple went to the bar together. Fortunately, I found someone who understands it on the...

Childhood memories are a ticking time bomb

To be honest, I went to the movie theater yesterday to practice listening in French, and it was also for Sophie. Because of her, I took the French name Sophie. But the movie theater disappointed me. It was actually a dubbed film, and the imported film was an abridged version. Some passionate scenes have been deleted. The revised film is somewhat fragmented, and half of the visual enjoyment has disappeared.
The development of the storyline is somewhat familiar, until the end of the movie,...

      Retourne

Let me briefly introduce the plot by time and estimate it. After the translation of Yoyo Bird and Perverted Promise, no...

Has anyone seen the director's true intentions, I don't think many people, I think I get it!

I think the top one's explanation of the film review is

biased . In the first half of the film, Sophie plays
Monica's face, but in the second half of

      the . The bold design
      is really commendable
, but it also confuses the thinking of many people.

Many people say that the relationship between the subtitles does not understand. In fact, I think everyone is misled by the top explanation.

      A very critical scene:
      Monica (actually this...

The subtitles I downloaded twice were very rubbish. I forced myself to finish reading it and got confused. After reading the film review, I understood the general idea. I thought it was a good...

    Creative background

The film is not about a story about a beautiful woman losing her beauty, but about a person's confirmation of her identity. Its theme stems from the fear that things familiar and close to oneself will one day become unfamiliar. The protagonist Jeanna watched the world around her change little by little, her environment lost balance in the unknown, her face gradually turned into someone else's. The director wants to use images to...

    Shooting process

Marina de Van has a deep understanding of the different styles of Sophie Marceau and Monica Bellucci's performance. Sophie is very changeable. She uses her body to act, and her actions are keen and neurotic. It is difficult for the camera to catch her eyes and expressions. She is always running, drifting away, like a restless existence, a little timid, cautious, but very easy to get close to; but Monica is very different, she is more...

    Square evaluation

Sophie Marceau's distorted face turns into Bellucci's picture which is quite intimidating. The story of the film is reminiscent of Krzysztof Kieslowski 's "Two Flowers" (Film Online Review)
The film’s deliberate narrative confusion is not complicated if it is told in a normal way, but Defan is obviously not willing to be so conservative and concise. For more than ten minutes in the film, Jeanna's face is half Sophie and half Monica....
